I think the expectation should be based on considering this is a budget hotel. Decent location, very helpful staff, and fresh breakfast. Front facing rooms are nice and big enough to stay more than one day. Cleaning was absolutely great. However, lack of a lift, very firm pillows and mattress, and terrible sound insulation made me drop one star.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We couldn't spend the night in the hotel because of a flight cancellation, even though the management allowed us to use the installation to get refreshed in the morning and even have breakfast afterwards. The bedroom was quite big for 4 people and the amenities were good. The hotel is in a good location, the bedroom is confortable and clean. The air-con works and the shower is good. The breakfast has everything from fruits to Spanish omelette. Good coffee and cold water. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a very pleasant night's stay here. Beds comfortable. Workmen working outside room until about 9pm but that was not a big problem as my grandson was 12, and not a baby. Breakfast was eaten in small courtyard as no seats indoors. Not a big choice and food not replenished. Enjoyed it overall tho. Good value.

Very comfortable, small hotel in a very good location. Everything works here. The breakfast is like in someones kitchen, but enough. Near whole Alicantes centrum and the old town.
