The hotel location is very strategic, easy to access because it is on the side of the road and there are many places to eat and mini markets around the hotel. The room is quite spacious because I took the loft type, only the AC is too close to the bed which is very disturbing, especially since my wife and child have asthma. There is also a fan if the AC is turned off, but there are no instructions to turn on the fan. And on the last day I stayed, I requested to clean the room but it was not cleaned and I was quite disappointed. For breakfast, the food menu variants are few, not many choices and the taste is ordinary, especially the porridge is not yet porridge, rice is still served. For the dining table, there are few because when I had breakfast, it was crowded with people having breakfast so it was difficult to find a seat. The room is not soundproof because I got one on the side of the road so the sound from outside is very audible. For the front liner, they were not alert enough to help prepare or lift suitcases when it happened that at that time there were quite a lot of big suitcases, but the front liner was not alert enough.

We got room no. 623 but the door connection to the balcony didn't work well. It's broken. That time Bali was heavy rain and water comes inside. Then they moved us to 627 but same condition. We won't stay there. The reception did good and we upgraded to junior suite, so please talk to your manager or GM. It's dangerous to stay in that room with a broken door just in case of heavy rain, hard wind and storm. It's gonna be not safe for the guest. Anyway, generally it's a good place, center of the city, breakfast was good. The nasi goreng was good and thanks for your hospitality.
