The staff were friendly and professional, and the residence was quiet and well maintained. Convenient location with easy access to public transport and central Paris, plus a nice walk along the Seine. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

We thought our room was really cleaned well inside. The staff were attentive and helpful.

I chose this place because It was suppost to have Air Conditioner. The first day, I did not feel any air coming from the vents, i called immediately to the front desk, they sent a guy who said "AC was working". According to this guy, the AC was working because the walls were cold. Can you believe that? I stayed 4 nights and definitely the AC was not working at all. I had to open the windows to let get in some cold air but the bugs and the noisy of a factory in front, make it difficult to keep the windows open. The room felt so hot that was impossible to sleep properly. Room temperature between 75F to 80 F but outside was 63F. I got sick because it was so hot inside and cold outside. I complained at the check out and they kind of admit the AC was not working because It is winter. This is false advertising. If you don't have the AC working, do not advertise that you have AC. This not individual AC for the room, it is an AC for all the building so you can not turning on as you wish. BEWARE OF AC

Warm, friendly staff, hotel was very clean & also easily accessible to various transport modes.

All staff were really friendly and I had the trip of a lifetime, they were really welcoming and helpful!

The AC did not work as expected

The residence itself was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The location however is in an industrial area and our view was a smokestack of a garbage incineration facility. It seems that the area has several similar residences, with one apparently for young people, who were partying outside until early morning one night. But the price is good for a place in Paris.

The hotel is clean and employees were neither good or bad. Very little interaction or desire to help. Be prepared to have sponge baths because the water pressure and temperature changes every 2-3 seconds, going from cold to burning hot. We stayed 3 nights. The first night I had the “do not disturb” hanging on the door but the other nights I didn’t and nobody came to clean. Apparently you are supposed to take out your own trash. There is no working AC and when I asked for help I was told the technician was gone for the day. Had to sleep 3 nights with open windows. And if you are not familiar with the area, the hotel is 45 min from the city and about 1 mile from metro station. The kitchenette was nice to have.

I’ve visited Paris a number of times and this is the best place that I’ve ever stayed at in the city. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and affordable. We loved having the kitchenette. The friendly welcoming staff, the lovely, thoughtful extra touches like the complimentary citrus, mint flavoured water and croissants available in the beautiful lobby all made this a wonderful home base for our 10 day stay in Paris.

Just a bit far but everything was very clean and comfortable and modern looking.

Stayed here for a couple days with my mom while visiting Paris. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro station and 5 minute walk to the nearest bus station. For grocery shopping (CarreFour or Action) it is also a 20 minute walk. Inside the hotel room, you are provided a mini kitchen with the basic amenities (microwave, sink, stovetop, dishwasher, spoons, cups, bowls, corkscrew, etc) and a big bathroom with bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer, and lots of towels. The only downside was you had to pay for breakfast. No security box inside room either. Not sure about maid service, as my family and I always decline and have the “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on our door. Also, it was a bit loud as there is a restaurant next to you and there is a factory nearby that blows a lot of smoke. Overall, it was convenient location— got the job done for an inexpensive price & lets us explore a more real side of french-folk as this location is slightly outside of Paris.

had a great experience at the Quai d’Ivry residence. Myriam at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, which made our arrival very pleasant. Special thanks to the brunch chef — the food was excellent, 100% organic, and she took great care of us. A real pleasure, I highly recommend this place!

The staff was always friendly and helpful. We traveled during the first half of April. At first, our room was hot and stuffy, we could not get any airflow, even with the window and small ceiling vents being open. They gave us a small fan which we stationed near the open window at night and in the morning until we left for the day - this made it more comfortable. The nearest grocery store is a 10-15min walk. It was 9€ per person each day to utilize the bus & metro to get in/out of the city. With Residhome's great prices and nice facility, I felt we saved money and were still able to keep to our lower budget for this Paris trip.
