One of the best service i had in my life

Breakfast was superb, didn't have time to check out the gym

Received an upgraded room, very large, bed was comfortable. Large jetted tub, although there is distance between the toilet and bedroom, there is no door. Service is excellent, supper was tasty, buffet breakfast is sufficient with breads, meats, cheese, cereals. Outdoor space is pretty with trees and outdoor lights for the evening. Minor issues: The gym is very small, does not function well. Coffee is not 24 hours a day as indicated so if you are an early morning person, you must wait to get it. A fine place to stay!

The staff/owner, very friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, which was difficult for me. I tried the jacuzzi tub and the most foul smell came out of the water; couldn’t use it. I should have taken a picture, but the bed had torn foam misfitting sheets or topper. Location is good, especially from the train station.

Excellent service and host

The proprietor of the hotel was in every way superbly accommodating. We were late arrivals (11:30 pm) and he was there for us. We got up the next morning and he was there serving us breakfast. The property itself was beautiful. Definitely recommended. Right beside the train station. Excellent if traveling to Hallstatt or Salzburg.

Similar review to others. Hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, near to railway station for trip to lakes. Interesting interior, but no lift. Were "upgraded" to a room with a hottub that had a mind of its own. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good. Very expensive though.

Fantastic hotel. I stayed in a family suite (I believe they upgraded me upon check-in, I booked a room for 1 person, but the room was large suite). Exceptionally clean, with espresso machine and pods, free WiFi, big windows, mini bar, large tv, HUGE bathroom (and very clean). It has a very nice looking restaurant and bar on the ground floor as well, although I did not eat or drink there. My only problem was that I left early (6:45am) and there was not an attendant at the desk. The entire hotel's lights were off and it was a bit hard to see (used my phone's flashlight). This is not out of the ordinary at a small hotel, but I did not put a card on file upon check-in, so I had to leave cash in an envelope at the counter. Hotel is ~200 meters from the train station. I was not disturbed by any trains during the night. Exceptional experience, I highly recommend and plan to come back.

As a American tourist the language barrier was tough. Within the first 20 mins of checking out our room,we found a broken table. I let them know so they wouldn't think it was us and get charged. The hotel manger was understanding but I feel like he thought it was us who broke it anyways. The room stated it sleeps 4 people but it only came with a queen size bed and one leather sofa that didn't pull out,so I think paying $168 for 4 people in a cramped room was too expensive. Also thier hottub was big but didn't work well. I wouldn't go back to this hotel with my family.

Very brief stay due to weather conditions, but very friendly staff and hotel seemed nice.

We had to stay in Attnang Puchheim when our plans in Halstatt fell through. What a pleasant surprise this affordable and spacious hotel provided. The staff was chatty and helpful and spoke to us about their experiences in the states and obviously love their country. The location was a 4 minute walk from the train station although there were few restaurants nearby.

We had a very short stay. Very friendly service and nice apartement. The only complaint we have is about the cleanliness of the kitchen overall and the bathroom sink. We had to wash all utensils, dishes and glasses before using. The bathroom sink had been cleaned but not thoroughly. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Ett bra hotell till bra pris och med super service. En personlig och fin servis när än du frågar Eller inte frågar så frågar man om vad jag behöver. Rekommenderas!

erg vriendelijk personeel. Wel erg warm op de kamer. Kamer zeer apart met allerlei verschillende voorwerpen in de kamer. Een soort muziekstijl van Elvis. Tuin erg netjes en leuk om in te zitten, Ontbijt was prima.
