I had a delightful and economic stay at this property. The common areas were very smart and the room, in the attic, was cosy. Everything was clean. The breakfast was fine too. Well located for Plymouth city centre, Barbican, and Plymouth Hoe.

Great communication from staff regarding late arrival, very welcoming and friendly reception, helpful too with handy tips about the town. Clean room and quiet location, close to the Hoe park and Seafront and within walking distance to Barbican marina.

Very handy check in time (1200), friendly, helpful owners. Ten minute walk into busy town centre. Lovely cooked breakfast, really good all round guest house.

The beds were very comfortable and the room clean but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety. The owner was mos helpfull and friendly.

We had such a lovely one night stay, the hosts were so helpful and thoughtful, especially as we were arriving late on a Saturday evening. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely, absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for any length of stay. Lovely breakfast too

Able to check in at 12 midday which was great. Lovely owners, everywhere was spotlessly clean and a fabulous breakfast. Only 5 minutes from the Hoe in a very quiet part of town, but only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Would definitely recommend it.

Room 5 double and single beds. Warm welcome. Room nice. Tea coffee 2 biscuits. Beautiful shower good pressure. Breakfast very good. Felt safe would stay again
