I found few croachs

Cuando llegue al hotel estaba cerrada la oficina y no pude hospedarme por qué no hubo quien me atendiera, estuve esperando cerca de una hora y nunca llegó nadie, estuve tocando un timbre y nadie me contestó

No staff wasn't lacking very friendly ,it was the roaches and some of the other guest staying there was loud and rude slamming doors all night..

This hotel by far is 1 of the best I've stayed at....The room was perfect, so comfortable The staff was so friendly as well....and the sweet, wonderful lady that worked the front desk was so helpful & genuine... Im going to recommend this hotel to everyone i know....and this will definitely be my get away spot now.....thank you guys so much!

Parking good. Air conditioner not working

if you need something for one night and one night only i say OK but i wouldn’t recommend it. the front desk lady was amazing tho she really was and that owner to that motel is super blessed to have her put her in long beach that location is way better !!

The room had a weird smell, bad Internet, and the light fixture in the bathroom would not stop flashing. The ac never cooled down the room and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Around 11 pm the guests next door were drinking and kept banging on the walls with, receptionists never did anything. Then at 5 am I went to the bathroom and there were cockroaches everywhere and where you wash your hands. First time staying here and the last time. I asked the receptionist if I could check out at 12 instead of 11 since I didn’t get enough sleep from the people next to us, she said no but then later said she could do 11:30, I said thanks a least I can rest for an extra 30 minutes, but then the cleaning lady came by banging on the door telling us that check out is at 11, I told her I already asked the front office and they said it was ok till 11:30, she left and didn’t say anything but by then I was like let’s get out of here. Don’t stay here you have been warned

Friendly staff and clean room. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly as well. And a lot of places to go eat around the area.

The staff here were very sweet to me and my girlfriend. I had absolutely no issues with them what so ever! The price was pretty good too. Water got nice and hot and stayed hot. Air conditoner and heater worked great. I hate to leave a bad review when staff is so kind, but I have to be honest. You get what you pay for and I should have paid the extra cash for somewhere better. As many others have stated, the hotel has a roach issue. As soon as I walked in, there was a dead roach stuck onto the wall. There were 2 roaches in the sink. The door has a large gap underneath so bugs and debris freely came into the room. Earwigs on the floor and in the bathroom. By the morning we were greeted with even more roaches and earwigs on the walls and floors. One earwig made it onto our bed and another on my bags. The bedding was stained. The shower curtain was too short and water got all over the bathroom tiles, no matter how hard I tried to keep that from happening. So I had to use the towels they provided to dry the floor after each shower. Random clumps of hair were found throughout our room. The floors were dirty and were warped. The pillows were not comfy so I would bring your own if you plan on staying here.

This hotel is filthy. The door to our room was open. The toilet was dirty on the outside of the bowl. I pulled back the sheets and found pubic hair. The sheets were stained. I reported what we found to the hotel clerk. She was pleasant and courteous. She offered another room and we accepted. After another room inspection, we found hair in-the sheets of this room as well. It’s apparent that the maid staff are lazy and do not take pride in their work. Take into consideration that you get what you pay for.

Staff was extremely friendly, overall the hotel is nothing extravagant but it’s clean and in a decent area and that’s good enough for me. Bring your own pillows though!

Staff was friendly. The room was infested with cockroaches. At first none in sight but as the night progressed more and more started infesting the room. I literally couldn’t even sleep. I was up until the sun came up waiting to check out. I tried to shower to keep myself awake and there was no shower head. Water sprayed at the back wall and started soaking the bathroom floor. Worse experience ever

Really like the ladies who run this place! Cleaning lady is super kind, too. They’re very friendly and watchful of the property.
