The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. However, the cleaning staff in the common areas were very particular about cleanliness. They even stood in front of me waiting for me to eat or clean up. They cleaned my table as soon as I got up.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they allowed me to check in early. The room was clean (also, they honored my request for a high-floor room), and perfect for a solo traveler like me. The overall hospitality was outstanding. If you're traveling alone and looking for comfort, convenience, and good service, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again

The hotel is clean, soundproof, good location. In the morning, there is a soy milk shop just a short walk away. In front of the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven, a window, and a beautiful view.

Good accommodation, still looks new, good reception service staff. But the sound of the air conditioner inside the room, I don't know if there is a machine installed, it's loud all the time. The accommodation is in a good location, close to shopping areas.

Wonderful location, just a little walk to reach Ximen MRT. Staffs are generally nice. Level 15 is a lounge where we can buy back our food and eat there. It would be better if there can be more place for us to hang out clothes. Water pressure in shower area is strong but get flooded very fast. Water flow down very very slow and it seem like there is nothing we can do except wait. Quite an inconvenience for us ladies with long hairs.
