This is a great hotel.

I have rated this way because we did not go there. We had cancelled the reservation two hours after booking due to illness but we have been charged for it. However we hope to have this situation resolved with a full refund. Hopefully we can give a proper review if we have a chance to visit.

The hotel is so clean and staff are super friendly. The most impressive is the breakfast buffet, everyday has something different with a huge variety of fresh, healthy food!

I had a fast check-in and the room was great! Dinner at rhe restaurant was fantastic.

Awesome Staff and Service

Elizabeth was excellent. Gave us her prompt attention and made us feel welcomed. She provided us with extra tea when asked and made sure we returned to our room to a bed made and fresh clean towels. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pork stew smelled weird but my opinion is irrelevant since I was still able to eat a full meal.

I had a great experience staying at the Hyatt. Everything was clean and organized. The food we ordered to the room was delicious and delivered in a timely manner.
