Very friendly and helpful

Love the location, and it was a very affordable deal for a single bedroom with a private bathroom at the heart of Santiago. It is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, with many buses passing by. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is only a 10-ish minute walk to the art museums as well. It is located next door to the park with an amazing skyline view. I highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget who would love to explore Santiago.

Close to metro station and Plaza. Cool markets around. Neat lift, relatively sizeable room even if weirdly shaped. Really good shower. Only found 1 electrical outlet in the room, hidden behind a curtain and well away from the bed. Not great when trying to charge your tech and look things up. Friendly staff, not much English but chirpy and happy to help.

The hotel’s location is super good, walkable around the downtown. Small room, especially the toilet.

La habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, sucia y todo mal mantenido, viejo. Lo único bueno del hotel es el staff que son muy amables. No lo recomiendo.

The room was cosy and had an attached bathroom which made it very comfortable. It was also clean and had a working TV.

The elevetor is from XIX Century. There is ALWAYS sewage odor in the whole hotel.

Facilities are lacking. No duvet at all during the winter only a blanket. Staff are nice however do not speak English so you need to brush up on your Spanish if you want to check in or need anything. Area is good for La Moneda Plaza de armas and Cerro San Cristobal/ Lucia. Noise was constant. Garage outside hotel that beeps for 30 seconds every time it’s opened which is constantly.

This is a very urban low-cost hotel meaning relatively noisy, rather tough security conscious and so not very relaxed. It was clean and efficient.

This property is dated. Bed and pillow are completely uncomfortable. Everything is too old and broken.

The hotel is located in the city center. It has 24-hour front desk. The room has street view and it was ready before the check-in time. The free WiFi works very well. The room has basic facilities and it needs some refurbishments. The bathroom is very small. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

El hotel es antiguo y el edificio muy bonito, frente al cerro Santa Lucia cerca de metro y Alameda. Es tranquilo y el personal muy amable y respetuosos. Tiene lo justo y necesario para una estadía por salud o trámites. No hay aire acondicionado ni desayuno, pero me entregaron agua caliente para prepararme mi mate en la mañana y tarde.

Very convenient location. Basic room with basic necessities in a great location. Very close to the metro station and a 10-15 min walk to the main square.

Very friendly and sweet hotel, especially Valentina's help to find the parking garage after her working time is very helpful, as she can speak Spanish and English.

I’ve stayed in hotels, airbnbs, and hostels in over 20 countries and this was the filthiest place I have ever stayed. There was long black hair on floor and on bedding, the curtains were musty, there were even dirty handprints on the white bathroom door. The shower is smaller than a coffin, was very difficult to get clean. Additionally the property says no smoking but it smelled strongly of smoke. They try to make it look like a cool historic building and added some colorful LEDs and mirrors to give it an upscale vibe, but it truly is as poor quality as you can imagine. Very old mattress you can feel the springs pushing through. STAY AWAY.

I would never stay there again and would not recommend it. It was filthy, towels stained, used soap bar left in the bathroom. I requested new bedding and towels which I received but when I started changing it I was appalled at the condition of the mattress. This whole place needs to be renovated and upgraded. It is really, really bad. 😞
