Tv didn’t work, toilet wasn’t flushing

Ms. Elizabeth S. was super helpful, our room clean and ready no problems checkning in, she helped us with directions to restaurants and cool places to visit, everybody was super nice. The pool was clean. to my expectations I was very happy. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking was easy and secure they had an overnight security guard that checks you in at the gate I thought that was excellent will definitely make this my go to hotel from now on plus close to everything

The room and grounds were clean. The room comes without blankets. Guests have to sign for blankets and return them to the office

Estuvo bien. Realmente para pasar la noche. Limpio todo. No hay colcha solo sábanas y una cobija pequeña . Pasamos frío. No hay calefacción ni a/c. Pero en general estuvo bien.

Parking was good but was charged additional fee for using Expedia to reserve room...

Clean room | Nice staff | secured parking | great location. I do recommend that if you stay during the winter season take blankets it gets pretty cold. They also provide with covers but I recommend asking for more than 1 so you won’t be cold 😭 Cuarto limpio| Buen servicio al cliente| estacionamiento seguro| perfecta ubicación. Si les recomiendo llevarse cobijas o pedir más de una cobija ya que en esta temporada de invierno hace mucho frío.

This hotel was just the essentials but it was clean, the staff was friendly and you can see they are doing improvements to the property. I’d stay here again!

Staff was courteous. Did not have all the amenities.

Very rude and we where lock outside our room without a phone call or message wanted to charge one more night just to get our luggage back. Had to call the police

Need to put ac and heating in rooms replace windows so they lock updated all rooms with new furniture very outdated and old
