clean room, very good location

Stopped here for about 22 nights. The staff are brilliant, especially Sophie she went above and beyond when I lost my phone.. managed to get it back. Food in the hotel is nice enough. The rooms are nice but have a few issues. I'm guessing it's the smoke detector.. this at nighttime is a 3 second strobe light that flashes quite bright and lights up the room. Then next to the beds you have a master lights button that has two LEDs.. these are super bright and also light up the room on both sides of the bed.. what's the point of having black out curtains when you're lighting up the entire room with LEDs? Ended up using items from around the room to stack against the buttons to block the lights.

Gym was available 24 hours, it was very clean, spacious and equipped with very good quality treadmill, elliptical, benches and dumbbells. But, there’s no equipment for PULL Exercises. Overall, satisfied.

Spacious beautifil modern rooms! Hoghly recommended!

The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.

The pool is very intimate and friendly staffs.easy to navigate around the city. Lots of good restaurants around and their own breakfast buffet is awesome. Staffs are very attentive.

The property was very good. Breakfast was great. The layout of the Poulin bar area. Excellent only issue a little far away from the fortress. Staff was wonderful.
