The coffee machine at the restaurant has cockroaches!

It was a great stay. At night, the panoramic windows are great for gazing out at the city lights. Breakfast is varied and delicious too. The pool is top-notch, so you can keep an eye on the kids from the adult pool above. So parents can swim freely too. Thank you Trembesi. I'll be back soon 💕

Best hotel in BSD, definitely!!! Best food, really love the fried rice, orange carrot juice, baked beans, and surprisingly, Thailand curry is so delicious. Too bad always queuing for omelette. Love you to the moon and back, Trembesi 💙

Very best, my sister is happy with her husband, delicious food, nice atmosphere.

Very comfortable, the pool is great. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, but if possible, the variety could be increased.

The room is spacious, the view is cool. The breakfast isn't bad, but the kids love it, and there's no charge for small children (this is important).

I stayed on Deluxe King for my business trip and I recommend this is the best hotel in BSD, I can't wait to stay there again. Thank you for all service and hospitality

Experience was good, but I wished the room to be slightly cleaner. I do see small insects on the floor.

Everything is good, the room is clean, just in the restaurant, the situation I think is not too good. It was full of people, but I can see some of the staff were not too helpful and just busy with themselves.

The service is friendly, only there are few FO officers.

My family and I enjoyed spending time at the hotel, exercising, swimming, and there was also a basketball court.

Last Eid holiday 2026 we stayed at the Sunrise Suite of Hotel Trembesi BSD. This is our first time staying here. Beyond expectations. The room is big & spacious, there is a bathtub & a large sofa bed. The view is beautiful overlooking the city. We can even see Ocean Park from the room. The food is very varied & delicious. Very satisfied staying at Hotel Trembesi, especially with the service staff of the restaurant, very welcoming and helpful. Especially Mas Dian. He provided the best service & was always there to help us warmly. Thank you very much Mas Dian from the Restaurant Department 🥰🙏. Thank you Traveloka & Hotel Trembesi. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The location is excellent.

So far so good, only the breakfast menu is not very varied.
