Convenient location, right next to Taipei Main Station exit. Lobby nicely decorated. Indoor playground was useful to entertain the kids while parents chill outside!

Convenient location. Very good to offer free children playing floor. But no meal at hotel. Hotel space a bit small & squeezed.

I lost my phone in my room when we requested a room cleaning. 😔 We've asked, but there's been no response, and we haven't heard from the hotel again, even though we're eagerly awaiting good news. This was our first time in Taiwan, and it was a bad experience. The carpet wasn't very clean, which made my nasal allergies flare up.
