1/5 stars - Book this hotel for 4 days one month in advance coming for a family special occasion. I even contacted management before and during my arrival to ensure reservation. Once I got there, the online pictures does NOT SHOW the cleanliness & had so many issues regarding dirty and damaged flooring/furniture, mosquitoes/pests inside the room, water damage/mold smell (they had a open air freshener to help) and more. I had to self check-in and make my way around the place since there is no front desk in the evenings with barely any lighting. I communicated to the manager/owner within 20 min of arriving but I felt as if they weren’t helping me AT ALL, so I contacted Expedia. The front desk lady said they were fully booked and no other rooms available. At the end of it all, they still charged me for one night even though I told them I am not staying! I left within 1 hour of going back and forth with them there, because there was NO WAY I can stay in a hotel room like that.

Not the best location, rooms mostly rented by people that come to train Muay Thai in a gym near by. Not very clean, I had ants in the room. The ac wasn’t working but got fixed promptly.

Like: Very near to Sinbi Muay Thai, staff is friendly Dislike: Poor lighting, the shower water is either very hot or very cold, aircon is far from the bed, limited dining places within walking distance.

The staff were amazing! Everything we asked for they went beyond to assist. Rooms and the Pool were cleaned every day, clean fresh towels. Water replenished daily. You can also higher a motorbike on site at a fair and decent rate. Overall I was very satisfied with this property and will highly recommend and I'll definitely visit here again.

Hotell rommet er stort og fint. Liker terrassen. Eneste som trekker ned er: - Vifte på badet fullt av støv og litt mugg i dusjen - dårlig vask generelt - gammelt kjøleskap - ved bassenget er det ikke vasket eller ryddet - det er også en hund rett ovenfor hotellet som bjeffer døgnet rundt. Ganske slitsomt Hotellet kan jo ikke noe for det, dessverre.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice place to stay for a longer period, spent there four weeks. Comfortable beds (if you like it firm). Absolutely recommend. Even it’s located close to the busy Soi Saiyuan the Hotel is very quiet.

Bel resort situato in una zona tranquilla perfetto per il relax. Le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime. Nelle vicinanze molti ristoranti e caffè e a 5 min di motorino la bellissima spiaggia di Nai Harn. Tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Il resort si trova in una zona tranquilla e nelle vicinanze ci sono caffè e ristoranti. A 5 minuti di motorino c'è la bellissima spiaggia di Nai Harn. Da ritornarci sicuramente!
