The owner and staff are helpful, but the location is a bit difficult to find food. It's quite close to Bukit Nanas station, and only a short distance to Bukit Bintang. The facilities are quite good, but the front room with the balcony has mites on the mattress, so my child didn't sleep well, so we ended up covering the mattress with a bedcover. If asked, would I stay here again if I go to KL, hmmm I'd rather find another place 🤭

The assistant is friendly, I've had the same assistant twice Always satisfied with the facilities provided and of course staying here is comfortable + very close to Salomah Bridge, Kampung Baru and Petronas Twin Towers. Will always stay at the summer suite😍

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to KLCC, KL Tower, etc. The room is big, spacious, and nice. Unfortunately, the TV doesn't have Netflix, YouTube, or even local TV, and the bathroom door needs to be fixed. Overall, I like this hotel, but later I want to try another room.

Looking for food is a bit far, but there is a minimarket, for the bathroom tower there is only 1

The service is great, the room is beautiful. I forgot the staff's name who assisted me. I think his name is Abu. He assisted me even though I asked for a check-out in the middle of the night. Great service.

The house is okay, comfortable but there is only one problem. 3 rooms but 1 toilet, 7 people checked in. Can you imagine how it would be like fighting for the toilet in the morning 🤣 I think this house is a studio but renovated into 3 rooms because there is only 1 toilet.

BS is not extended, even if it's only for a while, and MW just takes the suitcase and tells me to pay, sorry for the money.

Horrible stay experience, bed full of fleas, bitten every night, & busy killing fleas, 6 nights booking, already informed the owner only given flea spray & no help, not staying there again, room unit 20-18. The equipment is also minimal, there is a washing machine but no clothesline/hanger, terrible.

When checking in it was a bit of a hassle, you should have been informed when checking in who you should contact.

We stayed in the Mercu summer suite from the 6th to the 11th, checked out on July 12 2024, very happy, downstairs there is a 24 hour mini market, the owner is very kind, easy to get a reply. Service is good. We get back deposits easily. In front of the apartment there is someone selling morning breakfast and someone selling burgers. Near everywhere, walk to the new village, lots of people selling, Petronas, Good bless you.

Initially I booked a sky suite but the app said the rooms there were full. And given several lodging solutions to move. I chose the summer suite. OK, not bad. The only drawback is cleanliness. Can you pay attention again? Because it was a little dusty on the table and kitchen set. Thank You.

Staff nya ramah dan membolehkan untuk early check in. Membantu untuk membawa koper kami. Hanya sayang nya tidak di sebutkan jika ada salah satu kamar dari 3 kamar yang tidak memiliki Ac lalu kamar mandi hanya 1 untuk apartemen dengan 3 kamar tidur. Amenitis kurang lengkap dan banyak peralatan dapur yang kurang bersih jadi harap diperhatikan lagi saja.
