Clean, near the sea, airy, if there is a chance, I will come back again

The room is beautiful, clean and airy. I was afraid of waiting for the elevator, but luckily I went on the first day of the week so it wasn't crowded, very convenient. The staff was enthusiastic.

My experience was very bad. I will not come back and have no intention of using the serviced apartment in the Song - An Gia apartment building because: 1. Too crowded and cramped, the exploitation seems to exceed the allowed function, because the apartment is too small compared to the allowed number of people staying, 2. The elevator is always overloaded and the wait is very long, 3. The apartment's hygiene is very bad, because you are not a professional hotel service provider, and 4. Compared to the service received, I am paying nearly twice as much as a similar serviced apartment in Phu My Hung at the same time frame, with a completely different experience and an area nearly 1.5 times larger. In short, there are experiences that should only be experienced once in a lifetime, my friend! 😅

When booking, write a general description that there is air conditioning. In the past, every apartment and every room had air conditioning. When I received the apartment, only 1 bedroom had air conditioning, the remaining room was cramped and only had a fan. When I asked, they said that was our side. They said it was on the app, but where did it say it was, then they quickly said they would call the traveloka app so the app could explain that they didn't know, while the content of the advertisement was theirs. The posting was incorrect, they covered it up, and explained like that's how it is now...disappointed, there won't be a next time, bye bye.

Nice room, nice view, fully furnished apartment, but on peak days you have to wait a long time for the elevator. Car parking costs 30k during the day and 70k at night. Near the beach.
