We attended and participated in a cooking class with Chef Dennis yesterday. It was incredible and sponsored by the SilverSea Cruise company. It was incorporated into our travel plans as transitioned from our Galapagos Island cruise to our Machu Picchu land tour.
Six of us participated. Chef Dennis instructed us in the hands on preparation of three Ecuadorean dishes in a beautiful outdoor setting - an appetizer, Ceviche and a dessert. We personally gathered some of the ingredients from the garden on the premises.
After preparing the food, we moved inside to a beautiful dining room where we enjoyed our creations and drinks. What an experience.
Chef Dennis was very friendly, established connections quickly, and gently guided us through the class. The facilities and location are first class and offer an amazing view. We highly recommend this experiences! Thank you!
