Poor staff made mistakes with the booking and wouldn’t accept fault even though everything was documented on email

Lots of space, very comfortable, staff was so helpful, great position to walk to town and get groceries.

This property was exceptional in all areas except air conditioning, which is does not have. So, if visiting in the summer, it may be warm. The fans they have in the rooms helped pull in cool air.

We loved staying here

Great property. Nice staff. Only critique was soiled linens in one kids bedroom. No staff at night so we had to wait till next day to have fresh bedding. Otherwise great location and property.

The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc), and it was a little bit too simple overall. The room wasn’t cleaned every single day so that’s another thing to note.

No clean will and breakfast every day same will not book this apartment next trip

Very nice hotel but no air condition

It was amazing. Received freshly baked bread every morning. Very spacious. Access to ski and bike room. Washing machine and laundry on the property.

The front desk closes at 9-10 pm which is fine because most of the town is closed by then. For people checking in late, they should call ahead. The apartment was newly renovated and had stunning views from the balcony. Everything exceeded expectations, except for the beds. We had 4 single beds and not a single one was super comfortable. Even after long exhausting days, it took us hours to fall asleep. Def worth staying here. Your room comes with a see kaprun card for free, which pretty much gets you in to all attractions in town for free. That was a pleasant surprise.

This lovely hotel offered excellent facilities and comfort. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

조용한 위치에 훌륭한 시설, 깔끔함을 갖추고 있고, 여름에 가면 썸머카드도 제공해 줍니다. 사우나가 남녀공용이라 좀 충격 받긴 했는데 오스트리아 대부분이 그러니… 가격 대비 만족도 최상입니다.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit super Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Shuttle zur Skistation. WLAN sehr schwach. Frühstück für Vielesser nicht allzu üppig. Leider keine Möglichkeit gemütlich im Hotel einen Kaffee zu trinken oder ein „Bier“ zu erwerben

Ruhig Lage. Super Aussicht. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
