The room was decent for a layover. The air conditioning was cool, the room was clean, check-in was easy, and the lighting was good. I recommend staying there if you're in transit again. I was only in transit for a few hours, but I was able to rest a bit and take a shower.

The staff is not very friendly, mineral water is not provided, the door is difficult to lock, and the first time you enter it smells bad.

Please pay attention to the bed linens. For a SANS hotel like this, I consider them substandard. During my time on business trips out of town and staying at SANS-branded accommodations, they were known for their comfort and cleanliness. But this is the first time I've encountered such a deficiency in a SANS hotel.

Everything was great. I always stay here when I'm in Jakarta because the rooms are always clean. However, this time the small orange and blue pillows weren't washed, and they smelled strongly of dried human saliva (jigong). Please pay attention.

First time staying here, nice, comfortable, unfortunately sometimes there are small animals in the room, it would be better to provide a spray to clean dirt/crawling animals.
