Good location, very close to Malioboro.

I arrived at the hotel before check-in time so I wouldn't have to queue again. At 2:10 PM, I approached the receptionist, only to find I had to wait another 30 minutes. I said no, as my mother was already so sleepy she was in a wheelchair. Finally, the staff offered to change rooms without an upgrade or downgrade. (Why were you looking for a ready one? You've already complained and then given it!) I was exhausted, carrying my own things without any offer from the staff to help me carry them, and the room card wouldn't work (apparently it hadn't been registered). Luckily, a cleaning service guy helped me use his card. Then we could check in. When we got to our room, the AC wasn't cold at all. This hotel is a shame! It's expensive, the service is lacking, and the room is even less so. I chose this hotel because it's close to Malioboro Mall.

The room is quite spacious. There's still space to open your suitcase and pray. The location is excellent, as the exit from the hotel is directly to Malioboro. It's also next to a mall, connecting to the mall next door. Breakfast is standard. It's a shame it's not well maintained or old... The bathroom door looks worn and peeling.

In general, it is good and interesting to stay overnight at Hotel Malyabara, because it is close to the city center and culinary center.

I stayed in an executive room on the 8th floor. The location is strategic, right next to Plaza Malioboro and Jalan Malioboro. The AC is very cold, there is a hair dryer and toiletries including shaving kits. In front of the hotel at night there are chicken satay, fried rice, wedang ronde, pempek, etc. Breakfast is from 6-10 am. Complete menu: buffet, soto (soto type changes every day), chicken porridge, omelet, boiled eggs, various breads and cakes, green bean porridge, pecel rice, urap rice, gudeg jogja, fried foods, various salads and juices, cereal, tea, coffee, etc. The hotel staff are all friendly. Overall, it's amazing 🙏🏻

The hotel is close to the station and behind Malioboro Plaza. Access to tourist attractions is close, but getting to the hotel after 5 p.m. is a bit difficult because Malioboro Street is closed. The compact rooms feel spacious, clean, and have complete amenities. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety.

My first time at this hotel, my room was upgraded from a Deluxe. Comfortable facilities, clean, spacious room—the best. It's in the heart of Malioboro, so it's easy to get everywhere. Perhaps the restaurant could be expanded, as it's very crowded during breakfast time. Overall, it's excellent.

I stayed on a Saturday night and got a room upgrade. The location is strategic, very close to Malioboro Street. It's a short walk from Tugu Station. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. So far, so good. It's worth it for those with a short time in Yogyakarta.

The bathroom is not comfortable, you can't do ablution, and the shower is also not comfortable.

This hotel is strategically located right on Malioboro Street, right next to Malioboro Mall. Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room was slippery and dirty, and I found a baby cockroach in the bed. 😑
