Nora and Fendi made the stay exceptionally welcoming. We arrived before 12 PM and upon seeing my elderly parents tired from the travel, they allowed us to check in earlier. Fendi helped me to locate my breakfast when the Grab driver misplaced it in another building. The exterior of the hotel looks old but the interior is spacious and clean; plus the exceptional service from Nora and Fendi made me want to come back again. Thank you both for making my family feel so welcomed.

The room and toilet were extremely clean, and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioning was super cold, which made the room very comfortable. The room was also spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only downside was the location, which was not very accessible. In addition, there was a drain smell whenever you exited the hotel lobby, which was quite unpleasant.

Great hotel! We managed to check in early since the staff were very understanding towards us. It's clean, closer to CIQ, and the room is spacious. Will stay again at the hotel in the future☺️

Overall, room is very spacious and clean, although there is a slight stuffy smell when we first went in, but it all got better after ventilator and air conditioner turned on. Towels can be cleaner or fresher. Toiletries were sufficiently provided, but if you want better quality you may have to bring your own. One thing that you might not like is the noisy external environment, as hotel faces a multistory carpark, at night there will be very noisy cars that comes back. Shops that open till late night when they closing is very noisy, bad for light sleepers like myself.

When i entered the room, i was greeted by 3 big houseflies- 1 on the small table and 2 on the curtains. I managed to kill 1 myself before i go out for my dinner.. i request the cleaner to spray the insecticide for me. His replied stunned me. "Sorry sir. You just check in so cannot help you clean the room." I said just hell me spray the insecticide. inside the room. What's wrong? But he spray air refreshener. To cut it short, in the end another 2 houseflies were also killed by me. The big housefiles attacked me 2-3 times

No food nearby. Air conditioner not even and noisy. Shower wet the whole toilet floor.

The room is very spacious and clean. Had a pleasant stay overall. However, the hotel might want to consider providing earplugs to guests, due to the fact that the nightlife in the vicinity of the hotel can be quite loud (in Itaewon, Seoul, a popular nightlife location, hotel guests are provided with earplugs, for example). Just a suggestion. To conclude, we would return to Hotel Fives DNP for a short stay in JB; it's a recommended place to stay.

Surprisingly spacious for this rate, banafee restaurant within walking distance was extraordinary, serving Indonesian, Malay, Indian, Arabic and Turkish menus. Skip night clubs and Thai restaurants nearby as we are Muslims.
