The staff is friendly and kind. Yesterday, my room was on the second floor, so my suitcase was carried down and then when I checked out, they brought it back down. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of hangers. The room was also neatly arranged. Maybe they could add slippers and toiletries. The room smells good, is clean, and the staff is friendly.

When we went to Bali last week, we chose this hotel and stayed there for a few days. It was very comfortable, with a large bed, and a pool. Taking a shower felt like we were in a private villa. The room was large. The bathroom might need some work, as the sink was clogged and didn't drain properly. When we tried to flush the toilet, it smelled bad. Overall, it was excellent and highly recommended. Although there are only a few breakfast options, it was still quite good. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious, the AC is cold, the water heater works well, the soap smells good, haha, access to everywhere is close. Recommended.

I checked in here 10 years ago and it was pleasant. However, there were some shortcomings due to maintenance issues: the water in my room, both the faucet and the shower, were very small.

Very fun and cozy... the only downside is there are no tissues.

The room was okay and clean. The hotel grounds were also clean. The location is strategic. The price is competitive, especially since there's a swimming pool. The only problem is that the exhaust fan is really noisy, and it needs to be fixed. If it's not turned on, the bathroom smells a bit off. Overall, it's okay.

Overall, everything was great, from the staff to the room. I've moved rooms twice, and everything was great. I like it. The only downside is that there are no slippers, so I have to wear my own in the room, hehe.

The room was comfortable enough for transit as it was close to the airport. The fried rice was delicious! The room was clean, and the bathroom was decent, just in need of some maintenance, but I wouldn't expect much more for that price.

I booked for 4 days. On the day, after checking in, it turned out the AC wasn't cold at all. I tried to complain, but there was no solution from the hotel at all. Instead, I was told to be patient and wait until the afternoon when it would usually be cold, they said. The reason the AC wasn't cold was because of the hot weather, which was very unreasonable. I tried to get a refund because there was no solution from the hotel. I was told to go to the app because I booked through there and it turned out I couldn't get a refund. Rather than feeling bad and getting hot, I decided to check out of the hotel even though I booked for 4 days. A lesson for friends, if you want to book a hotel, it's better to do your research first and book for one day, then if it's okay, you can continue to extend.

Clean place, friendly service, good food, large room, close to shops and laundry, close to the city center, road access for 2 cars is possible, but you have to give way, but it's okay, recommended 😍
