The hotel staff is very friendly, they also help carry your luggage. If you bring a car, be careful when entering the alley. You can park 2/3 of your car. The room is nice and clean, there is no toothbrush so it's better to bring your own toiletries. Towels are provided. Please renovate the bathroom, it's a shame it's so ugly. The water flow is small, the sink and all the stainless steel are rusty, the exhaust is noisy. The faucet in the toilet is leaking. I wanted to extend my stay but it didn't happen, sorry, but in the future, please fix it if it's not suitable, because everything is okay except the condition of the bathroom and toilet. Pros: Located in Kuta, close to the beach and the hustle and bustle, the rooms are fairly clean, the receptionist is friendly, the room smells good, the AC is cool, the Android Smart TV is on, the bed is clean, there's a balcony, there's a pool, and the lighting is good. Cons: No hot water, the rooms aren't soundproof, the building looks like an old hotel, the faucets have a lot of limescale, so they need a deep cleaning, and the bathroom door is rickety and makes noises when opened and closed. Repairs are needed.

The staff is friendly and kind. Yesterday, my room was on the second floor, so my suitcase was carried down and then when I checked out, they brought it back down. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of hangers. The room was also neatly arranged. Maybe they could add slippers and toiletries. When we went to Bali last week, we chose this hotel and stayed there for a few days. It was very comfortable, with a large bed, and a pool. Taking a shower felt like we were in a private villa. The room was large. The bathroom might need some work, as the sink was clogged and didn't drain properly. When we tried to flush the toilet, it smelled bad. Overall, it was excellent and highly recommended. Although there are only a few breakfast options, it was still quite good. Thank you.

I checked in here 10 years ago and it was pleasant. However, there were some shortcomings due to maintenance issues: the water in my room, both the faucet and the shower, were very small.

The only problem is that the exhaust fan is really noisy, and it needs to be fixed. If it's not turned on, the bathroom smells a bit off. Overall, it's okay.
