I tried to get a refund because there was no solution from the hotel. I was told to go to the app because I booked through there and it turned out I couldn't get a refund. Rather than feeling bad and getting hot, I decided to check out of the hotel even though I booked for 4 days. A lesson for friends, if you want to book a hotel, it's better to do your research first and book for one day, then if it's okay, you can continue to extend.
