The room was comfortable enough for transit as it was close to the airport. The fried rice was delicious! The room was clean, and the bathroom was decent, just in need of some maintenance, but I wouldn't expect much more for that price.

Friendly staff in service, next time will stay here again

I booked for 4 days. On the day, after checking in, it turned out the AC wasn't cold at all. I tried to complain, but there was no solution from the hotel at all. Instead, I was told to be patient and wait until the afternoon when it would usually be cold, they said. The reason the AC wasn't cold was because of the hot weather, which was very unreasonable. I tried to get a refund because there was no solution from the hotel. I was told to go to the app because I booked through there and it turned out I couldn't get a refund. Rather than feeling bad and getting hot, I decided to check out of the hotel even though I booked for 4 days. A lesson for friends, if you want to book a hotel, it's better to do your research first and book for one day, then if it's okay, you can continue to extend.

The receptionist is not on standby 24 hours, so if there is an urgent matter after 11 pm, you have to wait until morning before you can get a solution.

I stayed here during a long flight transit, as I needed a place to rest, shower, and sleep for a few hours. For the price, I was genuinely impressed. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Although it’s located on a small street, it wasn’t an issue for me since I wasn’t traveling by car. I would definitely stay here again!

The AC was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night. I asked to change rooms and they said it was full when it was quiet that day. Disappointed

Very satisfying to spend the night here

The location is in Kuta, a bit inside an alley but so it's not too noisy around. The room is spacious, comfortable, on the 2nd floor there is a balcony with a street view. I stayed here for 3 nights. Although there is no mini fridge in the room, you can ask for food in the hotel fridge, just talk to the staff. I chose this hotel because it has a smart TV, although sometimes the wifi signal is interrupted but only for a short time. Close to the airport. No toothpaste and toothbrush were provided, luckily I brought my own. The hot water is stable, the water pressure is just right. The cupboard is big in the toilet, the toilet is also big. Highly recommended. Oh yes, there is a swimming pool too but I didn't have time to try it. The pool is quite big.

Overall it is comfortable and the staff are friendly.

Unfortunately, early check-in isn't possible, but the staff are very friendly. You can leave your luggage in the staff room. Overall good 👍🏻
