I had a 2-night stay. Everything was good. The room temperature was warm during the first night. We reflected this to the front desk, and immediately she assigned a technician to check and fix our aircond. The temperature went back to perfect within 20 mins. Also, it is a very strategic location, where you almost can get all the fast food varieties available in Malaysia just in a few steps of walking! That's crazy. 5 mins driving distance to BM's Icon City, 15 mins to Butterworth KTM!

I've stayed here 4 times on outstation, came back from the office and went into the room, there was a smart TV where I could watch Netflix stories❤️, really loved it.

Great service from early check in to check out. All fast food restaurant just a walking distance. Traveloka giving good rates and thank you to provide clear accurate definition of hotel services.

The room was clean, very modern and futuristic. There was a speaker in the room, which is a nice feature. There was a light that didn't function, I hope management will check on it. The toilet was a new experience, it has many functions, although some buttons didn't work, we don't really mind. This hotel was near Starbucks, McDonald's and other fast food chains, easy to find a place to eat, in case you're hungry at night time. The walls are not soundproof, I don't recommend bringing your kids to this hotel. We could hear noises outside of the room, of people talking, and passing by. All and all, I hope they will maintain their cleanliness, as clean hotels are very hard to come by these days. We would definitely return to this hotel.
