The road to this place is quite steep and narrow. As we were placed in the room at the very end and at the bottom, bringing elderly people was quite difficult due to the steep and long stairs. Because it was the end room, the bed was quite dusty, probably unoccupied for a while. The facilities were okay and complete. The location is quite good for an intimate staycation with your partner. Perhaps the surroundings of the cabin could be improved, with some flowers, etc. While soaking in the hot tub, the farmer was right next to us and could see us soaking, so it wasn't very private. Otherwise, it was okay.

The view was a bit rushed, so I missed it. The jacuzzi was comfortable and the staff was friendly. It's just a long way from this type of cabin to the reception. Thank you.

Checking in via the app took a bit of time because the Wi-Fi signal for the check-in system was unstable and required verification after entering data. However, the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a pet-friendly cabin, which included a bed and a feeding area for our pets. The room was comfortable and modern, with a Bluetooth speaker connected directly to the room's window controller. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful. My dog was very happy to run around, climb up and down the stairs, and explore the surrounding nature. Breakfast wasn't very varied; yesterday I tried the Balinese porridge, which was quite good, and it was a la carte and delivered to the cabin. Breakfast was also ordered through the Bobocabin app. I don't know about others, but the app on my phone didn't display incoming message notifications when I received a chat from the receptionist/room service staff, so I had to check the chat manually—this was a bit of a hassle, and perhaps this could be improved in the future. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

The check-in process was a bit complicated and took a while because it was done through the app. The location is a bit of a walk and a descent from the main road, but it's very beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable. Wi-Fi often drops out. The staff is friendly. It's a great place to rest, even though it's a camping experience.

I still wonder how come an affordable place like this can give me a wonderful experience. The service by the staff was amazing, the location isn’t exactly in Ubud but I love it because it’s peaceful and quiet. I feel like the mattress was really good, I slept like a baby.

I had a very good experience here with my mother and father. The staff, especially Eka, was very kind and polite. When we were returning from our tour and it started raining, he brought an umbrella for us, which was very thoughtful and nice. The overall environment was peaceful and beautiful, and the paddy fields were amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place to others.
