strategic location, food is quite good

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and fast response. At the beginning of arrival, all information related to hotel facilities was conveyed so that we could take advantage of various free facilities such as karaoke room, sauna, and yoga.

Highly recommended to stay here. However, there is a little note. The mattress used is a bit uncomfortable. Maybe it can be improved for this mattress.

Totally satisfied staying here.. kids are happy, mom is happy, everyone is happy.. the facilities you get are worth the value you have to pay. I will definitely come back here again

service: staff is still not very friendly, many of the staff are still a bit stiff for the room is quite clean because maybe the hotel is still new, just enter for under the TV table it still looks dirty. It's just that Forest Hill still can't serve the needs of all guests..for example for the type of room that has a terrace or balcony it should be provided for those who can smoke..but for smoking you have to go out of the room first and go to the restaurant area..even though there are many hotels with the same type but can smoke on the terrace or balcony area...hopefully in the future Forest Hill can be better and can provide more service and comfort for all guests without exception

Staying here is very enjoyable, lots of playgrounds for children.

The hotel room doesn't seem to have too many. but that's what makes it enjoyable, the facilities are complete, there is a sauna, jacuzzi, warm children's pool, gym, children's playground, the price is worth it for low season. standard-friendly service. the room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. if you give input, it will be accepted and immediately executed by the hotel. the food is quite delicious. many variations and the price is very reasonable. breakfast is also ok. one of the special ones is chicken satay, tek2 noodles and the best indomie so you don't get bored with star hotels that are too western / Asian. feels Indonesian. so far one of the best hotels in Bandung and the best in Ciwidey. a minimalist 4-star hotel with almost a 5-star feel. fresh and cool air at night and morning. hopefully the service and cleanliness will be maintained.

A pleasant hotel and satisfying service. For dine in the restaurant, the taste is very good but for breakfast choices there are not many variations.

I happened to be there with my husband and child, the room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, there was a welcome drink, various facilities, the restaurant was cool, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, although it was a bit expensive but everything was paid for with all the facilities thank you forest hills❤️❤️

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I took a deluxe room type. 1. Friendly service, I was assisted in the check-in process by Ms. Devia and Vania. 2. Every room is fragrant and clean. 3. The room and bathroom are spacious, fragrant and clean. 4. The hotel feels cool, comfortable with a nice view. 5. Kids friendly, there are indoor and outdoor playgrounds. 6. There are karaoke and ping pong facilities for 1 hour, although there is not one ping pong racket. 7. Breakfast is quite varied, the choices are not too many, and not suitable for children (maybe because it's a weekday) I stayed on a weekday but for the taste of the food it was delicious. 8. Small swimming pool with warm water. 9. The location of the hotel is not too visible, from the front it doesn't look like a hotel. 10. Not far from the toll exit. 11. Easy to find food.
