I have stayed in this hotel many times. All the last times were good and convenient. However, this time, the hotel seemed to forget to clean the room. They assigned me a room but when we came, the key wasn't in the box, and the room was super messy. I have to say that I was so annoyed and complained to the hotel. Then they asked me to move to the nearby branch, which they arranged another room for us and suggested extending checkout time to 2 pm. Overall, even though I was disappointed about the experience, I appreciated that they were quick to solve the issue. However, I do hope they will be more careful in arranging rooms for customers.

The facilities were complete and comfortable. I stayed for 9 nights and didn't encounter any problems, except that the water is solar-powered, so on nights without sunshine, you have to use cold water. The staff member was lovely and responded quickly and enthusiastically to my messages. I will book again.

The bathroom has hot and cold faucet but it doesn't work, many things in the bathroom are rusty and old, the room door has a magnetic card but it doesn't work, you have to enter a password. An unsatisfying experience.

The room is very noisy, the room has no signal, can't use wifi or 3g, asked to change room but the staff said there were no rooms available, wanted to change the bed sheets because they were itchy but the app staff said to clean the room for guests booked for 4 days or more

The home is located in an alley where cars cannot be parked, but the location is close so there are a lot of food and amenities around, the location is also central and convenient for moving between districts. But there are a few shortcomings of the home that I hope will be improved, the entrance door is very difficult to open even though I have successfully swiped the card (or entered the password) to unlock, everything in the room is generally very comfortable, the indoor slippers are also old so I hope the home will take better care, about the cleaning, there are a few places where the headboard or the cabinet is a bit dusty but overall it is still ok, the wall also has a few places where the paint is peeled off and is a bit old (I have read reviews about the cleanliness on the app or on google from previous friends but I also experienced it and it is not that bad). The home self-checks in/out so the support staff over the phone is also very enthusiastic. If you do not pay attention to small details, everything is very ok, except the main entrance door is a bit difficult to open. There is an elevator (because one person said to take the stairs ^^) thanks home and everyone for your support. Still okay!!

Room quality, cleanliness, location, etc. are relatively good. Door is a bit difficult to open. Reasonable price.

After staying at Cozrum Selina, I found Cozrum Autumn to be terrible even though the price was not much cheaper. The key card could not open the main gate, the door latch was broken, it was very difficult to park a motorbike because the door could not be opened all the way. The room on the ground floor was not soundproofed well, very stuffy, the bed sheets were a bit old and especially the air conditioner was broken, leaking water all night. The customer service via Zalo channel responded quite quickly and was friendly. But the facilities need to be improved a lot.

Clean and comfortable room, reasonable price, will visit again next time

Automatic check-in so if you need help from the owner, it's almost impossible. If you message the page, it takes a long time to reply and they're not very responsible. So if you come from far away and have a lot of stuff, stay somewhere else.

Bad experience. Customer service is not good. Hotline number is not available. Booking here is a waste of money.
