Hello, we are still at this hotel but why did it say free breakfast when we booked, but when we wanted to eat we were asked to pay RM20/person?

The facility has a wide pool with the beach view. The pool has different depths and water slides, which is really good for family activity. The meal price at the restaurant is cheaper than the restaurants nearby, plus a 10% discount for hotel guests. There are other activities within a 5-30 minute drive.

overall okay..just bed sheet not clean & smell.

There is leaking from the ceiling of the toilet and the bed is not clean.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Fortunately, no monkeys appeared during our visit. The hotel staff were helpful. Air cond and water heater were functioning properly. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay there. The swimming pool was clean. My son enjoyed playing on the mini water slides. Check-in and check-out procedure was super smooth and speedy. They did not delay or waste my time.

Lokasi menarik namun service agak teruk. Terima bilik yang air conditioner rosak kemudian rugikan masa untuk proses check air conditioner dan tukar bilik. Dah tahu bilik ada masalah air conditioner kenapa berikan kepada tetamu? Masa operasi kolam renang agak singkat sehingga 6.30 petang, patut boleh lanjutkan ke jam 7 atau 7.30 malam.

Bilik yang agak kecil, aircond hanya suhu biasa walaupun 16, kettle kotor (dapat tukar), peti sejuk lambat sejuk, breakfast sedap, kolam cantik, anak happy

Kolam renang besar & bersih!! cuma aktiviti sport tiada, contoh mcm berbasikal ,tempat permainan , banyak kan fasiliti yang menarik..

Bilik bersih, sesuai untuk keluarga. Tempat bersih, kolam renang sesuai untuk anak-anak. Ada penjaga kolam untuk awasi. Recommended yang ingin datang bercuti bersama keluarga.

Everything was good, have ample parking but a bit far from our room so its a lil inconvenience for us to bring luggage and other heavy things, especially our room at the upperstairs, for brakfast at cafe I could say its not bad, just not have many choice like usual hotel or resorts, for cleanliness its just okay, fridge and water heater function well, overall okay.
