Let me start by staying we would stay here again as it is a beautiful property with a beautiful beach and good restaurants. However, the stay was not without issues. Check-in was a mess and room was not ready. Even though they say check in is at 3:00, when you arrive they tell you that is when the "process" begins and you don't get your room until much later. Check-in staff was very uncaring about arriving and having to wait and try to get you to stay in other rooms that are ready. The reservation process for restaurants was easier than most resorts and we loved that you don't have to use towel cards for beach towels. Other small issues were more housekeeping issues. It seemed they never could get the entire process of cleaning our room right. One day we had no toilet paper, several days our coffee supplies were not filled, etc. One morning our breakfast was delivered to the wrong room, most days the breakfast was not anywhere close to the order we had actually placed. Staff at this resort seemed by far less friendly than many of the other caribbean resorts we have stayed. We asked repeatedly to speak to the General Manager about the runaround we were given at check in, but never once did he make contact with us. Overall the place is beautiful & food was good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
