It's comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The guard is located at the end of the parking lot. The atmosphere is quite peaceful.

This isn't a hotel because it's filled with people staying for a month 😆 Dark hallway, no lobby, for that price, okay, not to mention we have to open and close the tiny gate ourselves.
