Positives: Location, staff friendliness and attentiveness, room facilities. The staffs respond to queries and problems with genuine care and show good serving attitude and respect for privacy. When I inquired about seeing some baby cockroaches in my bathroom upon checking-in and some leaks relating to the bidet, the staff responded swiftly and addressed the issues. Room design and facilities provided in the room (including bathroom) show great attention for a comfortable guest experience: spacious, plenty of storage space, telephone provision, comfortable sandals, ground coffee in a jar, water in refillable glass bottle, clean towels, enough supply of toilet tissues, good supply of hot water. Negatives: The "mouldy" odor that is pretty strong upon entering the property especially inside the rooms. Bathrooms look decently clean, but somehow smell mouldy. Bed is not the most comfortable and feel timely to be changed with fresh springbed.

Stayed here because it was just the two of us with my husband and wanted to try a small but decent hotel in the city center. The hotel is small but comfortable. Took a mezzanine room because I was curious xixi.., unfortunately the TV is placed downstairs so we can't Netflix and chill with my husband. But if you want to have lots of space, the mezzanine type is worth choosing, because the sofa is also comfortable for lots of people. The sofa can be used as a bed even though it's already slumped and a bit sore on the back, hehe.. And the food here is surprisingly delicious

The breakfast was delicious. It was so comfortable in the room, with Netflix, that the kids were reluctant to go out and didn't want to go for walks.

Stayed here for 3 days. It was really good. The hotel staff was very friendly, even allowed us to borrow a motorbike because of something urgent. The room was clean and comfortable. I extended my stay for another day so I didn't have to wait for check-in. The food was delicious. I will stay here again if I go to SBY. Thanks 🤝

There's an elevator, although it only goes up to three floors. There's a smoking area on the right side. The TV remote control might need to be checked in each room, as mine was slightly broken, possibly after being dropped. So, changing channels took a bit of effort. Other than that, everything was fine.

THE ROOM IS TOO NOISY, THE SOUND OF CRAMPING WHEN THE WATER LEVEL UP IS LIKE THE SOUND OF A RAT GETTING SNITCHED. BUT OTHERWISE OVERALL IS GOOD, FREE NETFLIX!!

The only problem is that the water heater doesn't turn on, otherwise it's okay and there are no problems.
