Stayed in room 202, please replace the shower with a new one. My shower didn't finish because the shower head had a small flow (the showerhead didn't all drain). I've stayed here before and everything was fine, so I chose this hotel again, but the shower didn't meet my expectations. For the price, the facilities should be well-maintained.

I stayed here on New Year's Eve. There's ample parking, a strategic location, not too far from the city center, clean accommodation, and a working elevator. There's a 50,000 Rupiah deposit per room upon check-in.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, but the WiFi connection was a bit slow in room 203.

The blanket smells,,, it's not soundproof, outside noise can be heard in the room... sleep is disturbed at night...

Flagship hotel, super clean and comfortable toilets

Entering the room, I was greeted by the smell of undried fabric, so I slept all night while feeling uncomfortable holding back the smell. Around 11-12 at night, the next room was noisy as if the bathroom was being cleaned, disturbing my sleep. The staff who handled check-in were quite friendly even though they didn't talk much, but the staff who handled check-out were less friendly. Even after returning the deposit, they were silent without confirming that the process was complete until I asked. Next time, please pay attention to the friendliness of the staff.
