Very comfortable. Just stayed overnight to relax, I felt tired and wanted to extend it because it was comfortable but it was work. Next time if I have a chance I will come here again

Access to TA and CP malls is close... The room is quite spacious, smart TV entertainment, clean, comfortable... Have stayed here for 2 days... There is an elevator even though it is not a 2 or 3 star... The downside is that all the rooms have no view, the drinking place in the room should not be a glass bottle, it is better to replace it with a kettle that makes it easier to fill it to the dispenser... So far, it's ok here...

Staying here for 3 days is truly like a home sweet home.. The service is fast, the room is cleaned up every day, the sheets and pillowcases are changed every day, the room is also fragrant every day... The toilet is also cleaned every day, the wet towels are replaced with fragrant and clean ones, and the slippers are refilled too... Thank you for all your kindness 🙏🏻

I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are clean and smell great. The AC is constantly cooling... and the Wi-Fi is also fast. This hotel is the best and most affordable in the Grogol area. 👍

Booked a room for 3 days here because I had business in the Grogol area… The service was excellent, starting from the receptionist, security, and housekeeping, everyone was very helpful and friendly 🙏🏻❤️ The room was clean and fragrant. Every day my room was cleaned very well and neatly… They also provide free refill water and of course it is branded and hygienic.

The bathroom and room are very clean, comfortable for taking the kids for a staycation, not too cramped, and the TV can access YouTube, which is great for my kids to watch. The breakfast menu is pretty good even though I think it's a bit bland and if you want to refill drinks, there's a dispenser near the elevator, it's a really good deal to Central Park, it's close so you can walk 😍. The hotel staff is friendly, the security is alert, fast, the best.

It's clean, just a bit small, and there's a lot of rubbish outside that hasn't been cleaned up.

Please check the bed cover, it has a musty, damp smell that makes your feet itchy when used by customers.
