The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I always come here for my short transit in Jakarta for the location and the helpful staff. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

This is a perfect place to stay, as it's conveniently located near shopping centers and offers a full range of amenities. There's also a restaurant and cafe on the rooftop, so you don't have to leave the hotel for a relaxing coffee.

Nice rooms and affordable, quiet, no noisy mosques. The food is also delicious. Sadly, there is a little bit of a bad smell in the room even though it's a non-smoking room.

With the price offered including breakfast, the hotel should start improving the food variety and taste, because that way customers will continue to come there if they want to stay in West Jakarta.

Actually the place is okay for that price, but unfortunately the room is not soundproof so in the middle of the night you can't sleep because there are many people passing by and opening and closing doors which can be heard, the karaoke place can also be heard all the way to the room
