My experience at Duong Dong Hotel was truly terrible and I will almost certainly not return. The rooms were not clean, and many basic amenities were missing. The bathroom was small, poorly maintained, and felt quite dirty; the water was also unclean, and there was no hot water during my stay. What bothered me most was the abundance of insects and creatures like geckos, lizards, and even worms in the room and hallway. The feeling of being in the room was completely uncomfortable and unsettling regarding hygiene. The hotel's location is also quite inconvenient, situated deep inside a small alley, with a long walk to access it, feeling like being deep in a mountainous area, making it inconvenient for frequent travel. Given the quality of the rooms, cleanliness, amenities, and location, I believe the price is completely unreasonable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience during my trip to Phu Quoc. Not recommended, and will not be again.

The location in the alley is a bit hard to find, but you can still park a car there. The room has all the amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The room's decor isn't great, the blankets are thin and quite small; two people sharing them would be uncomfortable. The swimming pool is small. Overall, it's still pretty decent, not bad.

I chose this resort because of the beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere, but my actual experience was quite disappointing. The only positive point was the beautiful view; otherwise, the service was almost completely unworthy of the price. The food wasn't good, the taste was mediocre, but the price was high. The room was advertised as a double bed but was actually two single beds joined together, making it very uncomfortable and painful to sleep in. A major drawback was the lack of hot water; showering at night was extremely cold, significantly impacting the overall experience. For a resort – especially one far from the city center – such basic amenities should be better provided. Personally, I think this resort is not worth choosing given its remote location. If they don't improve the quality of the rooms, service, and food, I won't return and won't recommend it to others.

The hotel is very clean, fully equipped with a dining room for cooking. The living room is for watching TV and entertainment. Just like at home. The swimming pool is clean and very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. If I have the chance to go, I will stay here again.

Duong the owner is very friendly, polite, agile, easy to communicate with because he can speak English, sociable, flexible, the room is nice, quiet, clean and tidy, the environment is calm, safe and peaceful, the cheapest motorbike rental in Phu Quoc is only 130 thousand VND (I have surveyed), free luggage storage for days without being charged, the room price is also cheap, the room is fully furnished.

The hotel is located in a mountain alley that can be accessed by car. Small room without soundproofing. Strong running water, hot and cold water, free drinking water. There is a balcony, the room is cleaned every day. There is a strong wifi TV. Friendly employee. On Tran Hung Dao street, not far from Duong Dong

The bedsheets look so dirty as if they didn't replace it. I saw yellow stains and also bugs. The bathroom had a bunch of spiders. Poor cleanliness to this hotel.

Khách sạn hỗ trợ siêu nhiệt tình (khi mình liên hệ thì khách sạn rep liền 🫶). Phòng ở cho 4 người thoải mái, mình thì thích nhà tắm sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có hồ bơi và sân vườn cũng chill chill đặc biệt phù hợp với những ai thích sự yên tĩnh và có xe máy ạ, nếu không thì mình đi bộ ra đường Trần Hưng Đạo bắt bus vẫn oke. Tóm lại là 10 điểm!
