Stayed during extreme weather – very unsafe experience We stayed here during a period of severe storms, strong winds, and heavy rain. While we understand that weather is beyond anyone’s control, the accommodation should not have accepted guests under these conditions. The property is located deep in the mountains and requires driving a long, narrow dirt road. We had to rent a car and drive through extremely dangerous conditions to reach the finca, which felt unsafe and frightening. During our stay, there were more than 10 power outages, including multiple outages overnight. The heater stopped working during the night, the entire property later lost electricity, and we were left without heating, stable lighting, or basic facilities. Wi-Fi was extremely unstable and disconnected countless times, and mobile signal was almost unusable. None of these risks or the possibility of frequent power outages during severe weather were clearly communicated in advance. Given the circumstances, we believe guests should not have been accepted for safety reasons. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience, especially considering the dangerous access and lack of basic utilities. We are extremely disappointed and do not feel this stay met reasonable safety or comfort standards.

We had a great visit at Finca Serrato, the place was so lovely and the surroundings so beautiful! Very helpful staff and the meals they served was always very nice.

Ein unglaubliches Erlebnis in einer malerischen Landschaft. Außergewöhnlicher Service, der völlig unbemerkt blieb. Eine Idylle und Ruhe die seines Gleichen sucht. Der unbefestigte Schotterweg war ein echtes Abenteuer und man sollte ein geeignetes Fahrzeug haben. Auch sollte man vorher einkaufen und alles mitnehmen, was man braucht, damit man in Ruhe abgeschieden von der Außenwelt den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Hele fijne finca in een prachtige bergomgeving. De bergweg er naar toe is nogal spannend. Slechte smalle ‘dirt road’, geen vangrail, diepe afgronden. Jammer dat er geen kookplaatje is om iets op te warmen en geen eigen. afwasmogelijkheid. Verder is de locatie super knus en fijn bed. Lieve gastvrouw en heer.

Kunne være rart med køkken. Vidste ikke vi kunne have fået en lejlighed. Burde være en køkkenvask og en kogeplade tilfælles boligerne. Men dejligt stille og dejlig pool. Fantastisk udsigt. Kan helt klart anbefales

Rustig, sfeervol, eenvoudig, prachtig omgeving en super behulpzame gastheer. Alleen afgelegen en slechte weg er naar toe.
