Perfect location within walkiing distance to many restaurants. Very clean and secure with a great rooftop bar/restaurant. The only negative feedback is that I was I needed a late check out for noon which is only 1 hour and was told yes by the night reception but the day reception told me $40 until 2pm and was not nice about it.

Always exceptional service, and amazing rooms

Pros: Chris at the front desk was very helpful and takes care of the guest. Great Customer Service, and Guest Service. Beautiful building, friendly staff, modern and spacious rooms for 2. Cons: No TV in living room, building is next to a school on the street side of the building kids are loud , No more than 1 guest at any given time. Expedia books this as a "hote-apartl" but its more of a condo style of rental, for example room service is available for purchase. Overall: 8/10 and I would stay again, I felt very safe, and that my needs were attained too.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room are a nice size and for an extended stay you will appreciate the washer in the room. My only complaint is that the restaurant did not serve Dominican cuisine. Shopping is a short walk in any direction.

Great hotel stay a few extra days . The grocery store and local restaurants are just a few minutes away. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Will definitely recommend.

Property is amazing from the views on the rooftop to the restaurants on the property great for travelers . Overall love the property and the amazing people.

I always stay here when I come to Santo Domingo by myself or stay a few extra days after my friends leave, it’s a must try hotel in a good central location

This hotel is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The rooftop bar and pool are both fantastic, and the lobby on the ground floor is elegantly designed, making a great first impression. However, we did encounter some issues during our stay. When we first checked into our room, we found that the washing machine and dryer were already running. After reporting this to the manager, we were assigned a new room. The new room had better decor, but there was a strong smell that took hours of ventilation to lessen. Additionally, the new room did not have conditioner—only a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. We informed the manager, but no one ever brought us any conditioner. Another thing to note is that the hotel does not provide a proper duvet. Instead, there’s just a thin sheet with a light blanket, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Overall, the hotel is worth the price. If you're a solo traveler just looking for an affordable place to rest, this hotel does the job. But if you’re seeking attentive service and a more comfortable stay, you might want to consider a higher-end option.

Love the appartment and kitchenette facility. Lighting in the livingroom and kitchenette could be better. Next time a firmer mattrass please

It was the best place for my honeymoon

Cleanness is the subject they should worry about, its an excellent place to stay. But bed was smelly, pillows stained with apparently blood, floor was dirty, I asked for cleaning service, they told me they would clean and never came.
