I spent one in cape coast and stayed at this hotel and it was a lovely stay , cleanliness was on point ,staff are really polite and the food was delicious. When i go back to Ghana i would definitely be staying here.

The service received from the staff was top notch. The best service received since coming to Ghana. Frederick especially was there for my group and I all the way. The months he took to assist me to navigate the process and then to experience it was wonderful. Wonderful staff we will stay here again. A must visit in Cape Coast. Food was excellent.

Staff very friendly and courteous

I booked a one-night stay for a friend at Parks Spring Hotel, and the experience fell below expectations. From indications, the wrong room was assigned, and the room had mosquitoes, which affected comfort during the night. There was also an issue with the bathroom door. Reception was contacted for assistance, but no one came to address the problem. Breakfast quality was poor, and overall customer service was not responsive. Additionally, one staff member behaved unprofessionally by hitting on my guest, which raised serious concerns about guest comfort and professionalism. Based on experience, improvements are clearly needed.

super clean, loved the pool area, good breakfast, spacious rooms, and very nice staff. much better than we expected the web site made it look a simple place but this was much nicer, looks pretty new and very well kept.

The staff was welcomimg and very accommodating. The rooms were immaculate. But the breakfast was the best I've had from any hotel or resort I've stayed this year.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful

The staff was great until someone tried accusing me of supposedly damaging some property in the room. They stated I left burn marks from an iron on the mattress. I didn’t even have an iron and there was no iron in the room either. The accusations are completely false in their attempt to collect money for damages I did not do. Otherwise a great place to stay.
