We really enjoyed our stay at this property—it was a wonderful experience! The staff was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the drinks at the bar were fantastic. The only downside for me was the bed, which I found quite uncomfortable. I’ll probably bring a mattress topper next time. While the resort isn’t directly on the beach, beach access is conveniently located just across the street. The resort is next to Pier Park!

I appreciated the golf cart transport to my car everyday.

This property was nice, clean and in a perfect spot for walking to the shops and restaurants. The free breakfast was awesome!!! Not to mention the hotel happy hour with the complimentary snacks and drinks!!

It was great, until I tried to book for the same time next year and they said they were sold out. And that was Monday once we checked out.

Food was Amazing!

Amazing and beautiful location. Great staff and many amenities. The particular room I stayed in was wonderful except for some flaws within the room. Would not book again due to my room being sold as I chose to pay at the property. My card was to be authorized at the location, not the morning of my trip. Due to this my room was sold. I was accommodated but not for what I traveled 6 hours for.

I have to say… I was very satisfied with my stay. We were actually thinking about returning soon that’s how great it was!! The staff were helpful and polite. They responded to our every need in a timely manner. They do valet for $20 a day which was so worth it. You can enter/exit unlimited times. The breakfast buffet with the omelette station was convenient and had a lot of options! They kept the dining area clean and stocked up. The taste was as you would expect any hotel breakfast bar to be. The entire establishment was kept clean. However, our balcony floor was dirty but they took care of it within 30 minutes. Oh and the complimentary happy hour was a hit!!! They provided different options like wine, beer, rum punch, & tequila punch. The location is walking distance to the beach, you can see the beach from the hotel. It’s also walking distance to Pier Park. The restaurant downstairs was very good too!!!

Walking shower water was not good the water from the shower ran onto the floor creating a slippery surface. We had to use our towels and lay them in front of the shower

Breakfast is the same every day. Same thing with the Reception every night. Tired of it.

What a gem of a hotel! Everything from the pool, rooms, bar tenders, front desk staff, restaurant workers and valet were outstanding! We were there Easter weekend and having the Easter Bunny and egg hunt was the sweetest and the icing on top of our stay. I’m actually surprised it’s rated lower for reviews because we have 0 complaints!

Best stay at an embassy by far. We did jet ski on the ocean. We had a front desk guy named david that always went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Always reached out to see how we were enjoying our stay and he handled all problems that arise within miniutes. Definitely recommend the embassy suites.

I booked my room through Hotel.com and was surprised to find I had to pay for valet parking, which I didn’t use, as well as some resort fees that I wasn't aware of. They also authorized my credit card for but it took three days to release it. While my experience wasn’t what I expected, I think I’ll explore other options next time.

Overall this was a great stay. Only complaint is the check in felt like a script and not to welcoming also was woken up on the day of check out at 7am by some lady walking into the room to tell us our valet balance was due? Woke both of our kids up and check out wasn’t until 11am. If it wasn’t for those to things it would have been perfect. Hopefully next time.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the tub that I personally cleaned. Other than that it was a perfect stay. The breakfast was really good. Staff friendly. Valet was high but the guys were super nice. Take cash to tip or you can tip with your card when you call for your car. They were worth it.
