Beautiful room in a motel with a certain charm, conveniently located. It would benefit from having access to drinkable water (the vending machine didn't have any left)

Clean, safe, convenient location.

I upgraded the room and it was recently renovated. Nice room for the price. Quick ride share to the piers, restaurants and bars.

If you are looking for Holiday inn express this is not it. If you a looking for a clean older hotel with an extremely nice staff close to everything this is it!!

Friendly and helpful staff.

Easy check in, ample parking, close to Manhattan Beach DT and beach parkings. Plenty of room around the bed for two adults. I don’t think it’s whole lot of soundproofed, but we had no noise issues from either neighboring units or the PCH traffic. A great no-frills option for a quick stay.

Room was clean, budget friendly.

In the morning, when I was ready to check out, I noticed bugs running on the floor and the window. I hope I didn't take their eggs with me. The bed cover is old, the room needs a renovation.

Staff was nice, affordable

A bit past its prime. Reasonably clean but paint peeling, threadbare carpet with lumps in the floor, and in sore need of renovation. I get that it's a budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. Good for a quick overnight stay. I'd not recommend it for someone wanting a "vacation" experience.

Very nice, quiet place, surprisingly super clean, and walkable to Manhattan beach. Easy check in and check out.

The basic rooms are spacious and clean, a little dated but overall good for the price. The premium rooms are recently renovated and very nice and spacious too. Good city views too. The staff and their customer service are top notch, great communication and friendly. Highly recommend for budget travellers, and those staying around the airport

Great stay here, clean rooms and very nice staff

The area around the property was excellent! It was very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. I also appreciated how easy it was to find parking — a big plus in this area. Overall, I felt safe and the neighborhood was very convenient to get around. No major complaints!

It is an older motel..no elevators, old cigarette smell. The price was right though so, if on a budget, I would recommend.

You get what you paid for.

The person that did the checking in couldn’t have been nicer & helpful. Such as nice man. The room was spotless. I felt it was a little run down & the bedspread could have been more updated.
