It was an amazing experience at this hotel starting from the view of volcano from the roof top to the healthy breakfast in the morning. The hotel staffs were cordial and caring. Location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and dining.

Great front desk staff! Kelly was super helpful. Good was great, the takeaway breakfast on our early morning hike day was delish!

This was a great place to stay! Perfect location and the staff were wonderful. Kelyn helped me the most and she was super sweet and patient even though I pestered her like 100 times lol. She also arranged my transport to and from the airport. The room was very comfortable and the food and rooftop terrace were also great - highly recommend!

The good: - Nicely renovated colonial building, rooms were nicely decorated. Only 5 or 6 rooms - Good breakfast - Really central location in town The not so great: - The rooms are dark (we were on the ground floor), a single window looking into an internal hallway. Lots of noise from passing staff - The hotel has no atmosphere, this could be such a nice hotel, yet everything seems to fall short. The staff is disinterested, the restaurant is dead all day and night, the shop has no staff, the rooftop is empty. The only thing that seemed to work was the spa located inside the hotel, because of reasonably good offers on their massages. - The shower took literally 5 minutes for the hot water to start flowing (we were advised of it at check in to be fair) In sum, the stay was OK, it was just disappointing, this place could be so much better with the right management.

The bed was very comfy, although the comforter was too warm for us. I like that they had a refillable water pitcher in the room which could be refilled in the lobby. The entrance was a little confusing with several other businesses sharing the common space. The only slight draw back was the long wait for the hot water to heat. The location was great!

The hotel is well situated. The receptionist, Kelyn was amazing, she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice and quiet place very clean

Pretty decent stay. Well decorated hotel. Front desk staff is awesome. Shout out to Julio! Breakfast might be slow if a lot of people so plan accordingly and leave plenty of time. Good area to walk around. Definitelt recommend.

It was a very nice property. The staff were great and the location was wonderful. We were very safe where we were staying and had no problems walking around the area even at night.

The property is beautiful and very spacious. The roof offers a beautiful view of the volcano. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is interesting and tasty. We received a welcome gift of a cocktail /drink of our choice. The customer service is excellent. There is an in-house spa which makes it easy to relax on site. The only drawback is that parking is about six blocks away which isn't bad if you're into walking. However, anyone who is handicapped will have to be dropped off directly at the hotel. Overall would definitely come back better than the Marriott in Cayala.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, just like the photos online. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was spot on. The location of it was also great. It was central to all the restaurants and amenities. Highly recommend!
