We have visited this property twice a year for some time, but this was definitely our last stay. The entire experience was unsatisfactory and disappointing compared to our past visits. ​The issues started immediately: I attempted to change rooms but didn’t hear back until an hour after check-in, when it was too late to move. Later, we returned to the room to find items missing from the countertop. When we asked for fresh towels and help with a broken TV remote, no one ever came—yet staff insisted they had attended to it and even claimed to have 'evidence.' It felt dishonest. ​Finally, regarding a late checkout: I was instructed to ask at 9:00 AM, only to have it initially denied. It wasn't until I listed out all these complaints to the staff that they finally agreed to accommodate the late checkout. While I appreciate them eventually granting it, it shouldn't have taken a laundry list of failures to get basic service. For the price, you can stay anywhere else and get treated much better

The people that work in the building are super nice. They really make you feel at home. However, I’d say the property needs work in terms of decoration, furniture, cleanliness of the windows. And also the staff from Kukun was not useful or available at all.

Security was rude and room was not clean

The apartment needs upkeep, we stayed for a week and asked for additional necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags and no response. They send auto messages about check in/check out and five star review but no one responded on where we could receive these items. We had to purchase ourselves. Body wash ran out. They had reached out to us about having housekeeping come mid week which we said yes and they never came or checked in. Overall would not recommend if you have kids as it is very loud in that area. Overall disappointed with our stay.

Sin aire acondicionado y el sol toda la tarde se vuelve insoportable dormir en ese horno. El departamento esta super bien ubicado y tiene bonito diseño aunque sin acabados de lujo. El piso del baño super resbaloso cuando te bañas. Nos dejaron 4 cápsulas de café para 2 personas 3 días... Solo alcanzamos para una mañana. Me volvería a quedar si tuviera aire acondicionado.

The entire place and the location the employees are amazing

Great location and beautiful apartment but the communication with anyone is very poor. I was afraid of running into any issues because contacting anyone was nearly impossible. Other than that, the place is in a great location despite the noise.

The room was exactly as depicted. The room was spotless and well equipped with any appliance needed there. The staff were very responsive to all our queries.

I recently stayed and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the space itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious — definitely one of the more stylish places I’ve stayed in for this price range. It had a modern feel and plenty of room to spread out and relax. However, cleanliness was an issue. The unit didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with noticeable dust and some areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. Additionally, the noise level was a major downside. There’s a club or bar right outside, and the music and crowd noise went late into the night, making it really difficult to sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper or planning to go out and enjoy the nightlife yourself, this might not bother you. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay, you might want to consider other options. The potential is there, but the noise and cleanliness need to be addressed.

DO NOT BOOK- this place advertises AC and it does not work! If you try to contact them there will no response. It’s a big apartment with a Portable AC that doesn’t work… the temperature inside reached 85/29C, even with curtains drawn and the place being pitch dark we couldn’t bring the temperature down. The lady at the lobby is rude if you try to book a time to go to pool.. cause you have to make a reservation 24hrs in advance to use it lol. They said if there was availability at the pool they could accommodate, we asked nicely at 11am and she rolled her eyes pulled a list that had ONE name, she said we could use it at 7pm. This place is a joke! So many other beautiful places in Mexico City to stay, I recommend you stay far away from here if you enjoy comfort and bare minimum customer service. We had booked 4 nights and left after the first one.

El baño estaba sucio. Tasa pequeña incómoda y llena de sarro y manchas. Colchón manchado con fluidos humanos. Tenía un protector de hule súper incómodo. NO HAY aire acondicionado. Insoportable el calor. Está rodeado de bares y el ruido en la noche hasta las 3-4 am La cama hace ruido cada vez que te mueves. Despiertas a tu pareja solo por moverte un poco. No hay front desk. Guardia hostil. No te cuidan tus maletas. Solo 3 toallas para 2 perronas 4 días La comunicación con el administrador es lenta he ineficiente. No resuelven NADA

Great place to stay. The room needs better AC. Upstairs was too hot at night to sleep.

The area the unit is located in is very walkable, and has really great nightlife. I stayed out late, so that was convenient. If I wanted tranquility, this would not be the place. Kudos for having ear plugs bedside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to cook in unit. HUGE closet. The design element was really cool. There was normal wear and tear in the apartment. The biggest complaint was the AC unit was a little unit that could not keep up with the space. The temps were higher than average and the space was up to 87 degrees at peak day.

Loved the central location to everything like FOOD (everywhere), CULTURE (short uber to anywhere), SHOPPING ( many local vendors) and NIGHTLIFE all within a 5-10min walking distance. Now the Accommodations: (deluxe apartment) was really good, fast WiFi, huge HDTV, fully functional kitchen, bed comfortable and the amenities were like at home so very nice. The only negative (depending on season of your visit) is that my unit didn’t have central air and had only ONE portable a/c for the entire cooling. Apartment never dipping under 71’ degrees and ran 4 1/2 days straight never shutting off. So if it was the dead of summer? I can only imagine that would not be possible to keep apartment temperature comfortable. Besides that, stay was wonderful and would stay again as well as recommend.

Our stay was pleasant, but we did not have a cleaning service, and we only had internet service for one day. Over all the stay was comfortable.
