Ultra modern hotel with great self-check in. Good communication via WhatsApp with the hotel. Very new and modern facilities with great views of the mountains. Lovely shower. Just 2 minutes walk from the railway station.

The hotel had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location, modern, clean and easy communication. The views of the mountains is lovely.

This was a last minute choice and we understood that it was self checkin. As we booked late it took some time to work out how to do this. The room was fine but the aircon was too noisy to use and the blind to darken the room rattled all night. We didn’t sleep well.

I did not ask for handicap room. All bathroom was with water. They charge me for parking of two cars instead of one. Breakfasts was terrible everything was complicated

The future of hotels. Smart in every way except the TV :P Easy checkin checkout. Has a modern feeling to it.

Das Hotel wirbt mit schallisolierten Zimmern, was nicht stimmt! Die Bar/Restaurant unter unserem Zimmer hat bis 3.40 Uhr morgens sehr laut Musik gespielt, wir konnten nicht schlafen!

Das 6532 Smart Hotel in Arbedo-Castione präsentiert sich als modernes, gut gepflegtes Haus mit einem schönen, klaren Smart-Hotel-Design. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und in einem insgesamt sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind funktional und ordentlich, allerdings bewusst sehr spartanisch und eher kühl eingerichtet. Die dunkle Gestaltung ist sicher Geschmackssache und für manche Gäste etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, erfüllt ihren Zweck jedoch problemlos. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: gut organisiert, frisch und qualitativ überzeugend – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil. Weniger glücklich gelöst ist aus meiner Sicht der vollautomatisierte Self-Check-in. Dieser erfolgt über eine App, was grundsätzlich zeitgemäss ist. Wenn jedoch – wie in meinem Fall – etwas nicht reibungslos funktioniert, bleibt nur der telefonische Support. Die Mitarbeitenden am Telefon waren zwar freundlich und hilfsbereit, dennoch bedeutet dies zusätzlichen Aufwand und ist nicht ganz intuitiv. Besonders bei Buchungen über Drittplattformen wie Expedia scheint der Prozess noch nicht optimal abgestimmt zu sein. Insgesamt überwiegen jedoch die positiven Eindrücke. Wer ein sauberes, modernes Smart-Hotel mit gutem Frühstück sucht und mit einem digitalen Check-in vertraut ist, wird sich hier gut aufgehoben fühlen.
