Very clean, spacious apartment. Central location. Keypad access to apartment block. Easy check in process. Only issue was very noisy at night. Back of apartment block backs on to bins and bin lorries working through the night.

Room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful at all times. They also provide a very useful luggage storage facility. The apartment is in a very central position, conveniently situated for everything.

This place is truly a hidden gem in the centre of Alicante! The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It’s in a perfect location, just steps away from great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and there’s even a bus stop nearby with direct service to and from the airport. Everything was super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Great place.

The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!

Excellent. Lovely modern building/apartment. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent. But because it’s so central there is potential for it to be quite noisy in the early hours of the morning. This wasn’t really an issue for me as I was able to get back to sleep quickly.

Fab stay, lovely apartments, can’t beat the location for being central to everything!

The apartment is very centrally located in the historic district and very close to the beach as well. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nice shopping stores & grocery stores. Walking distance to main historic sites. Saturday night was an extremely busy night so it got noisy at night but the rest of the nights were quiet. Very nice place.

The door of the bathroom doesn’t close and of course can’t be locked. That was an issue for us.

Overall, it was a good experience. I have used Myflats several times and have another trip booked. All of the apartments are of a good standard and in great locations. My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that when I asked for more towels, I was made to justify why. We had five people, including kids, staying in an apartment for three nights. 6 towels were provided. This may be fine for some, but having kids who have two showers each a day, the white towels get dirty quickly, and I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for more (without having to explain). A standard hotel would not question this. (We actually needed them anyway, as we used them to stop a flood from the shower).

agoWe had an overnight stay in Alicante and found MyFlats through an online search. For the price it sounded too good to be true, but it was! The apartment was very modern and well-appointed with everything we needed - toiletries, linens, fully outfitted kitchen and even a washer/dryer with laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back.

Good communication with the hosts, clean and up to date accommodations. Convenient location to bus and tram. Easy walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.
