Nice stay. Clean and good location. But no hotwater at night time.

The property was at a convenient location. I visited. Erida Mexico to go to a doctor at clinica de merida and the hotel was right across the street. So i liked that the room was okay. The pool very small. The restaurant is not clean. Very dirty. Staff was friendly.and helpful

Al momento de hacer mi check-in mandé los datos para facturación. Cuando hice mi check-out pregunté cuánto tiempo tardaban en enviar la factura y me dijeron que "1 o 2 días hábiles". Ya pasó una semana desde que dejé el hotel y no solo nunca me contestaron el correo, sino que ahora ya no contestan mis llamadas.

not the easiest hotel to find, but maybe that was google maps. very limited food services in the area. the price was right and there is hot water.

It’s a small hotel but all the fixture are fairly new, is very well located in the city and not too far away from the airport. Just don’t expect luxury, but is good for the price. Each room has it’s own WiFi but ours wasn’t working, luckily we were able to connect to the one from an adjacent room. The rooms don’t have a fridge, so plan accordingly.

There no option for the drink offer as far as i could seen. All was good.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero tiene todo lo suficiente para una estancia agradable, es limpio y fue remodelado recientemente. Lo único que cambiaría sería el wi-fi tan lento :S
