The rooms were well equipped and spacious, but the noise from the strew was very loud. Convenient location, and we felt very safe. Great amenities as well.

Before staying, it was agreed in writing that the apartment would have a heater as the weather was very cold in CDMX. No heater & no effort to rectify the problem resulted in us unable to be in the apartment without coats on and unable to sleep there! Terrible experience.with this company

Overall it was a great location and the apartment was comfortable. The staff at the front were not friendly so don’t expect to be greeted or to offer any assistance even when you ask where is the closest quick mart to buy water.

Clean and location is great! Host was excellent communicating with us. Though is not a hotel, I do think spaces like this should provide extra towels especially if a guest is staying longer than 3 days. Just my opinion. I’d definitely stay here again.

My fourth stay Excellent apartment

This is the second time I have stayed at this property, one with a different host and larger unit, and I highly recommend the facility for cleanliness, staff professionalism, amenities, layout/spaciousness of the units, the hosts' accommodating manners, and the location. Walking distance to everything fun - two magnificent parks, an open-air market on Tuesdays, and more. I will stay here again next time I visit this lovely city.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view. The building staff were friendly and the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. The neighborhood was safe and quiet though a bit boring if you’re a night owl.

Great stay!

Place is nice and clean. Staff is not friendly at all. Front desk lady always on. Her phone with attitude. Another thing to note is that they do not allow deliveries to the apartment, and they do not receive them. I injured my foot and needed that accommodation and they were unwilling to do so. Also, you have to buy your own supplies such as trash bags, TP, paper towels, etc. I am also pretty sure you rely on what the people before you left. To each their own but I did not enjoy my stay nor did I think it was worth the money I paid. Location is great though and the place is pretty. Not much room to hand out as a family and watch TV since the couch only seats 2.

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is good with a short Uber ride to most areas of the city. There is also a bus stop at the end of the block. It's located in a safe, walkable area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within blocks.You have access to a beautiful view from the rooftop garden, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing drink at night. The only minus is the traffic noise at night when you're trying to sleep, but Mexico City is not the city you visit to rest!

Check in process was insanely long. Everything is done by cellphone and whatsapp. Got to the room and was given the wrong code. Finally got into the room and it was 80 degrees and humid. The chairs were stained/dirty. Floor was warped due to the humidity...felt like stepping on a bubble. Went to shower...no body soap. I have stayed in 150 hotels and this was the worst one. Looks amazing on listing though!

There was a bit of a confusion at the check- in, because the hotel did not receive my communication about our passports. The instructions for sending the photos of the IDs should be more explicit and in the form of step-by-step. I did not know that I was supposed to contact the property via WhatsApp and did not have the correct number. Fortunately I speak a bit of Spanish, so was able to communicate with the reception. Had my husband been alone, he would have had a big problem. Otherwise, the appartment was great and just what we needed for a couple of days stay. Location is perfect, on the doorstep of Chapultepec park and its attractions, plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The personel at the reception was very helpful and actually helped us to get checked in. Would highly recommend to friends and family, and will come back myself if ever I have a chance.

Amazing experience

The place was very clean and good area to be at , however it was lacking towels provided to us and no ac , it was very hot in the hotel and when we would open the sliding doors it was very loud from the traffic . Only thing was provided was fans . But I rate this a 4 because it was a cute spot , and very clean .

The main selling points to this property is the area and the city view from our apartment rental. Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros sadly!! The apartment was dirty, walls are dirty, hairballs scattered around the apartment when we first arrived, toilet in guest bathroom not properly cleaned and then later we had problems flushing that same toilet!!! I had to report the plumbing issues to the front desk, who in turn told me that it wasn’t their problem since I wasn’t one of tenants in their residential tower, that I would have to contact Expedia for that, not good customer service!! We would later let them know that we had no hot water for two days, again was told to contact Expedia!! I was pissed. Eventually figured out that the hot water heater had gone out due to a power outage a few nights earlier so figured out that we had to reset it our selves in the unit, but wasn’t told that when we complained about it!!! So overall, a not so nice stay in this unit, a shame too, was here in October and had a much better experience, don’t know if I’d come back to this rental!!!

I enthusiastically endorse this property. Impeccably clean with an ideal location. Despite concerns raised in previous reviews about noise, my experience was pleasantly quiet. Upon arrival, the atmosphere exuded luxury. The rooftop offered breathtaking views, and the gym facilities were exceptional. The only slight disappointment was the pool, which resembled more of a small pond. Additionally, there was a shortage of toilet supplies and kitchen paper towels, though this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

We love the Condesa area & feel right at home with Kukun. The property is beautiful & safe and the apartment is gorgeous and has absolutely everything one might need. This is our second stay at this property and we will stay there again when we travel to Mexico City.

Very beautiful and clean property. There are rules in place for using the gym (must bring a towel) and pool (must have bathing caps) so be aware. Really nice large suite and great to have laundry. Good spots walkable in the area including food, bars, groceries. Most importantly, the suites are not very sound proofed. We stayed in a Deluxe apartment which is on the corner of two streets, and could hear loud traffic all day and night. We were on the 1st floor so if you are sensitive to noise, stay on a higher floor (or bring earplugs). Overall I would stay again! Lovely rooftop terrace too.
