The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.

Property has no escalator, good luck if you stay on the 5 th floor. Beds and furniture was flimsy. We stayed here 3 nights, looks like a well maintained property but pictures are duping

A good economic opportunity

There’s no hot water in the sink. Room is not cleaned at all, we found dead spider in the bath tub. Very terrible condition, we couldn’t stay.

Good location for most things. Beds were too firm for me. Coffee is great. Breakfast is good. Shower sucked. Folks were nice. It's clean. They didn't speak English, but hey. It's their country so I don't expect them to.

Excellent staff, very helpful and extremely kind. It can get very noisy and you can hear everything from the rooms, but that has nothing to do with the hotel staff. Rooms are very clean.

This was my worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. Not only is there no hot water but the room itself was freezing cold. We were all very cold despite bundling up with several layers. The room had a broken portable heater that didn’t turn on. We asked reception and they said they wish they had another one but couldn’t not help. They promised us extra blankets but never brought them. We spoke to another guest and she was also freezing cold. Please avoid this property. It should not be listed on Expedia at all. We had to find another hotel that same night and they ended up having to pay a night despite us not even staying there!! We even had a message from the hotel about a full reimbursement and they still charged a night.

It was close to bus station and not far to walk to center

Staff was super friendly. Continental breakfast was rich with fresh fruits and freshly squeezedjuice, sadly not great on bread offer. The room was clean, unfortunately the location, central and accessible as it is, means the relentless noise of traffic from early mornong to late night. Unfortunately, noise isolation is practically non-existant, and even though my room was not facing the street, the noise bothered me tremendously. Moreover, my room happened to be facing the internal stairway, and lacked proper isolation either against noise or light. Which means that it was flooded with light whenever another gueast arrived late at night and turned on the corridor light, and I was hearing clearly when the staff was going upstairs to prepare for breakfast. For a night stay in the city the location wins, though, so I only reduced a star due to the internal noise and dusturbance, not the external one.

Hotel basico sin ascensor. El desayuno es en el 5to piso. La srta que prepara el desayuno es muy poco atenta y esta con su celular todo el tiempo, lo que hace que siempre falte algo como leche, manteca, queso entre otros. Habitacion basicas y comodas. Baño pequeño

Bien, no tienen ascensor y nos iban a dar habitacion en el 4to piso, y por suerte nos dieron en el 1er piso. Muy amable el recepcionista, ya que no estamos para tanta escalera. Hay te en la recepcion

Pretty sure sheets had not been cleaned for a while as they smelled of guy deodorant hair. Room smelled strongly of dog urine. Heater was not strong enough to warm room and pretty sure someone took our wallet thankfully it only had a few bucks. In the end you get what you pay for and it was cheap so i give average rating.
