The staff were not very helpful, so don't expect too much. You just sleep, pay, and leave.

The hotel staff was very helpful and very responsible. We stayed from September 19th to 22nd, 2026. Initially, we booked a Deluxe room, but there was a problem with the AC water drainage. They tried to fix it but couldn't, because it had to be fixed by an AC technician. Because we checked in late at night and the AC technician was no longer available. The solution they offered was beyond expectations. They offered to move us to a Family Room with 2 King Sizes and the room was very spacious. So we paid for the Deluxe room and got the Family room. Thank you, and next time in Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again. Close to Pratunam Market, Platinum, December's, BigC.

When checking in, you need to deposit 1000 baht. You can get it back when you check out. They only accept cash & cards. The room is ok & comfortable. No breakfast. You can ask for an iron at the reception. There is a coway in the lobby. Walking distance to Pratunam market. It's ok to sleep without being disturbed at night. After checkout, you can leave your bags in the lobby first if you want to continue on your way. They can arrange airport transfers. Grab/bolt can come in and pick you up in front of the hotel. The room & toilet are clean.

Super stinky room, Deluxe Family 2-bedroom. The bed was dirty, causing skin irritation on my niece's skin. We ended up having to buy cream to calm her skin down. I reported the smell to the front desk officer (FO). Even the FO (Nan) inspected the room together with us and acknowledged the smell was from the toilet and promised to change our room the next day if maintenance was not able to solve it. She (Nan) flipped her promise the next day and denied such a smell existed. On top of that, we occupied the 2 rooms on level 6 (no other rooms on the same level) and noticed the security camera was not working. Imagine if something happened, no one would know (we are all ladies). An Airbnb apartment's security is even better than theirs. This is the worst stay I've ever had.

Everything is fine except it's far from the train station. About 1km.

The hotel is near Pratunam Market and easy to access to many places. Very convenient.

The soundproofing is very bad. You can hear your neighbors and also upstairs.

The toilet has a sewage smell which is very smelly and the room soundproofing is very bad.

Booked a deluxe family room for 5 people. The kids were delighted because the room was spacious. The bed was also large. We left our suitcases there because we were leaving before check-in time. When we returned that evening, they were already neatly packed in the room. Pratunam Market was very close by. Very satisfied.

Located in the Pratunam market area, where road construction is underway, traffic congestion is likely. The rooms are new, clean, and fully equipped. A 1000 baht deposit is required upon check-in.

It’s my third time staying here. And will come back soon.
