Returning to the hostel at 3:49 a.m. in extremely cold weather (-13°C), I panicked when I discovered that the main door’s digital lock was not functioning—the touch screen did not light up or respond. Fortunately, I managed to contact my sister, who had already gone to bed, and she came downstairs to open the door for me. After checking out the next morning, we were uncomfortable leaving our luggage downstairs as the main door lock had still not been repaired. This caused significant inconvenience, as we had to carry our luggage with us while shopping.
