Clean room, nice common area, helpful staff, nice restaurant. Good location in a nice walkable neighbourhood

Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a reliable hot shower. The café and outdoor patio were a real plus, with thoughtful design throughout. The central location is ideal, and the team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Wifi was fast, bed was warm and adequate. Staff had tended to emergency at another property - did not check their phone. Guests waiting to check out had to let me in. Room was not quiet, could hear hallway noise. No toilet paper

The breakfast is not free, but it is reasonably priced. Service is friendly and efficient. This is a hostel, so though I had a private room, the showers and bathrooms are shared with other clients. You should be aware that there is NO parking on the streets here. You must pay to park overnight. I found a fenced lot several blocks away on Tocopillo Street, and paid $6 a night to ensure it was safe. This is a bare bones facility, but I loved the energy of the place and the people there. I will remember my time in San Pedro de Atacama with great fondness.

No hot water for our entire stay so we had to have very cold showers. Noisy courtyard; it sounded like one of the staff was smashing bags of ice on the floor at 3am right outside our room. The curtains are basically just sheer privacy curtains, they don't block any light.

Great staff and area. No fan in the room and no soap/shampoo. No warm water one night

Los tour comienzan muy temprano y uno quiere descansar. Durante media hora algunos huéspedes empezaron a tocar el timbre como locos a la media noche y no nos dejaron dormir bien. El hotel debería coordinar bien la hora de llegada y estar atentos para recibirlos si van a llegar tarde o en todo caso desconectar los timbres para no perturbar a los demás huéspedes, cualquier persona que pasa por la calle podría presionarlo.

It is nice and tidy. Very well located in the heart of the town, at a walking distance from the restaurants, bars and shops. The bed was very comfortable. The place is quiete, not much activity within the hotel althought there is two nice commun areas.

Beautiful little space. So much nicer than the pictures suggest. Bathroom is super modern. There's a nice little breakfast bar that has basic stuff like cutlery and cups and a kettle. This place is really spacious we absolutely loved it. The loft bed is super cute and also the staff that showed us the room was very kind and helpful. The place has a private entrance off the street but also has access to the hostels amenities. 10/10 absolutely recommend

Overall really happy with my stay, the location was very convenient. Really big comfy bed. Intermittent hot water was frustrating, and a slightly leaky sink.

Great stay (4 days) with my husband. Staff is friendly and helpful, laid back atmosphere, and has all amenities needed.

We stayed in the studio loft of this property. It's charming a space full of character. It has a private entrance right off the street. We can hear people walking or cars passing by. But it's not a busy street so it didn't bother us that much. The bed on the loft was wide & comfortable. However, the traditional reed & wooden beamed ceiling on the loft side is low so we just have to be cognizant of it all the time. It's part of charm. The main property has two courtyards for gathering which we didn't use much. They're quite atmospheric. The property is a short walk to the main street where most of the shops & eating places are. Communication with manager was smooth & easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this charming property.

Even if most of the clients are backpackers, the staff was more than happy to help us out with our different and probably unusual requests : hangers, furniture and taxi.

Such a perfect place to rest at after a 4 day trip from through Bolivia. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are really nice. Thanks for the coffees

Quirky place, reasonably clean and wannabe friendly staff. However no hot shower not even luke warm, staff smokes DOPE openly in premises. Incredibly noisy. Hammering all day and loud music all evening/night. Before my flight had to wake up at 4 am and they literally had concert outside my door. I thought i was paying to get some sleep not to be sleep depraved. I am planning to make formal complaint as i wouldn't have stayed there if they paid me really

The brazilian gal did not open the door when we arrived. And her first answer was to tell me that I could cancel if I wanted. Instead of making things right. The place is not a hotel and it does not have hotel services. It doesn't even have a sign. It is just a old houseu converted to tiny rooms with a mattress in the floor that barely fits in the room. Very noise at night.

Wonderful apartment in the center of city but still quiet. The place was also very clean and roomy.
