The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. After our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, we were warmly welcomed and even helped upstairs with our bags. She also kindly offered to make us tea. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning at whatever time you prefer, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The WiFi works very well. The host went above and beyond during our stay; she helped us locate a hospital for vaccinations and even called ahead to confirm they had what we needed. When I asked about a nearby laundry service, she generously handled the drop-off and pickup for us as well. She always quickly answered my questions via WhatsApp. The main plaza is about a 15 minute walk away. The restaurant right next door is cheap and has good food. The grocery store at the corner is useful. The apartment has a small fridge, microwave, and sink area. The only things I wished it had was some way to cook (like a burner) and a better view out the windows. But we slept well, and this host and her family are super sweet.

The staff are nice. The apartment need an additional heater to the second room and new pillows. Shops and tourist attractions are nearby.

Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!

Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it.
