Probably will never stay there again. Overpriced for what you get

Excellent stay warm and accommodating staff

Night audit guy denied to give me 3 cups of coffee cream on my early check out at 3ham saying that the free breakfast was open at 5h30. I say you want to give me a free breakfast later but I can’t have some coffee cream now !?!?!?!

Proximity to stores.

The wonderful staff make up for any short comings of the property. They truly take good care of you. Smitty's was good and attentive staff. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel isn't fancy but the service was phenomenal!! Very helpful, sweet and friendly. Would definitely stay there again if we make it up that way again.

This hotel is absolutely horrible and for a hotel of this age should not have a 200 security hold on your credit card when brand new hotels take 100 dollar security hold. When i asked the staff they told me that it’s because of the damaged from people who stay there. Also no breakfast compensation. Do not stay here

Everything was good

It was a basic hotel, nothing too fancy. But the price point reflects this.

The only positive was the attached bar called The Pub. Great place!

For the price, I suppose it's a bed. I'd stayed for less than 12 hours and was on my way first light. The armchair in the room was very noticeably dirty. I would opt to not have a chair than place this one in a room. Unless most guests are working in the patch and their clothing is soiled already. Than I could see it's utility.

The staff was, as always, helpful. The room was clean and secure. This time though, i found it to be cold and did not see where to simply increase the temperature. It is a good hotel. I will be back for certain.

Front Desk was great, however when i got to the hotel after paying on Expedia they asked for a $200 security deposit that wasnt stated on the website prior to booking.. when i asked why it didnt state it they said it was Expedia Error for not posting it.. so just know its a $200 deposit for a room

Staff are very pleasant. Needs a good update. Good price though!
